Good atmosphere, friendly staff. But the staff member already ordered my drink from had no idea how to make a proper cappuccino. They try to serve me a cappuccino in 12 oz cup. What are we? Savages.. hahaKidding, but cappuccinos are not supposed to go in 12 oz. Cups and she had no idea.Definitely not holding that against her. Just a more coffee education to be passed around.But we did enjoy the atmosphere and my friends and I hung out for a little bit while we had coffee and caught up with each other. It was very nice.

Always love this place. The staff are really friendly and helpfull. They helped my sibling find something they could drink because of their many allergies. I really appreciate the kindness.I always get a London fog and a ginger cookie, best London fogs are made here.

I used to love the atmosphere here. Unfortunately a gym opened up beside it. So now it sounds like we're next to a house party or rave. So that peaceful atmosphere is gone. Staff are always friendly here and do their best. Food is as good as any other Second Cup IN Nova Scotia. I say that 'cause the egg white sandwiches are 1/4 less in size of the ones in Ontario that aren't pucks, but actually fill the width of the bread. Also in Ontario they have amazing oatmeal cookies that are to die for. Those aren't here either. I miss the old Second Cup oatcakes. They used to be not rock hard, but that's been gone for over 5 years. So my opinion about food is an opinion for all Second Cups in Nova Scotia.

This was a great location but a bigger shout out to the wonderful young man who was like " hey if you are brave try out holiday coffee and you don't like it I will get you your usual" he totally got me my usual after lol.But super nice place and great staff.
good customer service and drinks but everytime i go to the dartmouth crossing location doesn't matter what i order i without a doubt will sit there for atleast 10 minutes before even getting to pay
