As a customer I love Starbucks as a company but I am very sad that they are not on top of the plastic version of biodegradable straws! I find the paper straws are very difficult to use and ruin the whole drink. I appreciate no plastic but the biodegradable straws are at second cup/other coffee shops which makes it almost temping to go else where. I have bought this to several locations (Windmill road NS and Portland St NS) and feel unheard.

Absolutely hands down one of the best, if not the best Starbucks I have ever been to from all over the world. The staff are kind and conscientious and funny. They truly love their jobs and it shows through the little jokes and cute little offerings that they're constantly making efforts with one of the baristas. Kevin is absolutely the best in the business, kind and sweet and always good at what he's doing. The drinks are always made better than anywhere else perfect on the orders, no matter how complicated, always able to take detailed instructions very well with a giant smile. My mornings are always made better by them. There's another female employee who works there who has the biggest smile and the kindest heart and I will remember her name. If ever you need a quick pick me up, don't go to the Tim Hortons across the street. Take the time to go to this Starbucks

Disappointing service.....or lack of service all together. No one took our order at the drive through speaker after we waited for 5min or came across and said they were busy or anything. So we drove up to the window and sat for 5 minutes there and were ignored there as well watching two people buzz around inside. Didn't look super busy and if they had come to the window and said hang on a minute that would have been fine. But there was nothing at all from anyone. Off to mcondalds we go I guess. They like our money.
They are so busy but still a great team. Tip them well!
