Service is great with good staff. Never received a wrong order here. However, if you are going here be prepared for nightmare parking. The lot is tiny with small spots, and random barriers between driveways that make it a pain to navigate.

MARCH 2 my wife ordered a custom frapp which was not made properly. We called the store and the manager Len handled the situation very nicely and politely. She said we will get a new drink. MARCH 4 we went to store to get the order. We were being thoughtful to come inside the store so we dont bolck the drive thru. We waited for 30 mins still the order was not made. The staff was so ignorant and inconsiderate. One female staff was misbehaving with my wife. They didnt even care to give the explaination of delay, just kept ignoring. This is the worst Starbucks experience we ever had. This is not the standard of starbucks. Staff lack discipline and dont appreciate the work. The store is falling on providing the experience and quality Starbucks is known for. There is a reason people choose Starbucks over other cafés. If this is the attitude of the staff, expect more unhappy customers. The manager is good but the staff is not following the training.

This was a pretty standard, good Starbucks experience, but the service really made it stand out. The guy who helped me was super friendly and very kind, he even recommended I try the strawberry cold foam, which was a great call. The only downside was that the place could have used some sweeping and some tables wiped down, but it wasn't anything too crazy. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a drink, especially with such a welcoming person at the counter.

It should not take 20 minutes to make a drink, there was no one in front of me or in the line in the drive through. What is going on in this Starbucks, every-time I come to this one it’s always the same get your shit together.

To be very honest and transparent never really been a huge Starbucks fan as the coffee is pretty expensive and the ‘coffee house’ brand ‘ experience is very dated 1990’s. Sitting around reading books, doing computer work isn’t really possible in such small locations. And clearly reduces how many people you can get through the doors. But, out of necessity and hoping it had changed went in the one in Dartmouth today - first return to a Starbucks since the pandemic.
But turned and walked out. Large seating Tables occupied by one person, computer open making the one drink last hours. Tables pushed against the wall close together and just felt like a work meeting place. Looked like the drive through or grab and go is now the priority. You really have to be a fan to keep going back- guess you either like it or don’t. Not surprised they are a struggling brand.

I usually enjoy visiting this Starbucks, but my experience around 8 PM yesterday was extremely disappointing.
When we placed our order at the drive-thru, the employee asked us about modifications in the drink and when we gave our answer, he laughed mockingly right after. It was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
When we asked about it, he didn't seem to realize his mistake and gave a joking apology instead of a sincere one. As regular customers, we expect to be treated with respect, even if our order has a few customizations.
I hope the management addresses this and reminds the staff to maintain a friendly and courteous attitude toward all customers.
