The debit machine was not working but overall the girl who took my order at store front was really nice and kind. My drink was exactly what i wanted too.

The dark roast at this location always taste burn, it is extremely bitter and heavy. Taste more like Tim hortons. Other star bucks locations make better dark roast. This location make dark roast anytime, other location do not make it after 8pm. I do not know the difference but I do not recommend the dark roast at this location.

any other time this place is great. but the fact that they CONSTANTLY turn off mobile orders is so stupid. Yes it’s busy, but the manager should find a way to sort it out. some customers don’t want to list their whole order and remember all the specifications. plus mobile orders cut the chances of miscommunication by 90% because it quite literally prints exactly what we want. unreliable place

It was closed before 8:45 pm Tuesday night . Hours on door and website said 9:30. Lights are off and no staff seen leaving or even cleaning up so perhaps closed at 8:30 . Understand emergencies happen and have to close early but a sign on the door to advise or the website is helpful .

Absolutely love their coffees, I so appreciate the lactose free milk options. Never disappointed. Those location get quite busy though and you can expect a bit of a wait.

For the price you pay you would expect a nice place to sit and enjoy your drinks with friends or family. Unfortunately, Tim Hortons has a better atmosphere now at a fraction of the cost. Also, $4 for a pre-made cookie in a single use plastic bag, but I can't get a stopper, so I can't keep my drink hot or not spill it when I drive to the park. It's not even worth going back anymore. For the cost you can do so much better.

There was a bug in my daughter's $ 11 drink, we realized when we got home, tried calling multiple times to no answer, the next day when someone finally answered the phone, we were told by the staff too bad . I wouldn't waste $ at the Dartmouth crossing Starbucks!!
