Inconsistent drinks, not following what is stated in the description of the beverage. When asked to fix, drink was remade the same way...wrong. Some of the barristas need training.

There were 4 of us that came in for coffee and a nice reunion of friends. No one greeted us at the counter and there were only 3 or 4 tables in the whole place, And it is a very big space. At every table there was only one person with a laptop! So we left and went to Second Cup down the road for a much more friendly better experience.

Ordered food, waited 35 minutes for them to make everybodies order except mine. I should’ve left earlier but I was already suffering the wait for so long why bother? The quickest thing about my order was the refund. The new renovations have also the made store significantly worse of an area with new very limited seating and the removal of the second door. It’s become a fight to enter and exit the store.

Terrible service. Swamped by mobile orders that they cannot handle, waited 30mins for 2 lattes. Will not be returning and I would not recommend wasting your time.

Waited 30+ minutes for one drink today after submitting a mobile order. They need to hire more staff or turn off mobile ordering when they are unable to keep up with demand.

Visiting the renovated Starbucks in Dartmouth crossing and waiting over 30 mins for a drink we have already paid for is ridiculous.

Too small of a store to support a busy drive thru and in store mobile pickups. This is the only Starbucks around this area, hence the high foot traffic.Recently renovated. Instead of Starbucks expanding the square footage, or cutting off the drive through, they did a quick Reno to make it look pretty. In reality, it is pretty awful. Swaths of people waiting for their orders because baristas can’t keep up with the volume. Waited over 25 minutes for my simple drink and muffin order.

Upgrade looks great. But. Only 1 cash which will be an issue. Order ahead was disabled and when I asked about it I was told it's because how busy they are. Looking around I'm thinking, not busy like it used to be. So my Americano which normally takes me 2 minutes took 15. And when I asked about the delay was told that one of the espresso machines were down which leads me to think if they weren't ready to open they should have waited.PS..also did not see any of the amazing people who worked here before the renovation. All in all coffee tasted great so the other stuff can be chalked up to growing pains.

They renovated since I was last here (I live in BC but come to NS On the regular). I don’t like the new space. The interior is very cool toned, not a warm ambience. Minimal space to sit with your coffee. The empty centre area is not empty but filled with numerous people waiting a long time for their drinks and it seems like the merchandise area is bare bones compared to other SBux. This place is also notorious for long waits, for some reason. My most recent visit here, I waited 20 mins in line to place my oat milk coffee order at the cash only to be told they didn’t have oat milk or soy or almond milk. Only coconut and regular dairy milk. A sign at the entrance or somewhere in line would have been helpful so I wouldn’t have to have wasted 20mins in line for nothing. Also, how is a coffee shop known for having milk alternatives, out of milk alternatives? Someone dropped the ball on ordering/purchasing. I mean, even some of their holiday drinks literally have Oat milk in the name and the holiday drinks just came out for the season, yet you’re already out of oat milk?I gave 3 stars for the counter people that work there who are friendly and when I do actually get my drink, it tastes comparable to other Starbucks. Besides it’s not the fault of the front service employees that their place of employment looks bad post renos and that they ran out of dairy alternatives. Although, like I said, a sign you are out of certain mills at the start of the line would have been nice.

Incredible staff! 10/10 grilled cheese, and went out of the way to add bacon even though she originally didn’t think she could.
