Told the barista exactly what drink I wanted, but she made it wrong. When I went back to get it fixed, instead of correcting the order she just charged me a second time. I’ve never had this happen at any Starbucks before, but after this experience I definitely won’t be coming back.Poor customer service

Ridiculous, Waiting time is so long. 15-20 minutes just for a drink. It happened three times already. Owner should hire more staff.

Good Coffee, Hit-or-Miss Service

The drinks here are usually great and made well, but the service can be inconsistent. Sometimes the staff are friendly, other times not very welcoming. drive-thru orders often take longer than expected. It’s a decent spot if you’re not in a rush, but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer service.

Payed for extra pumps of caramel syrup in my caramel frap, they made it with zero... Slushy coffee with no caramel is trash. This location can't follow basic drink recipes.

Trying to order but one of the barista was busy with taking to someone else not to serve the customer ahead who were waiting in line but she didn’t trying to turn around to the counter worst experience ever I thought Starbucks has the best customer set but at this place it’s gonna be zero. Hope the management look into it. Thanks

I have been going to Starbucks for over over 24 years and finally found a rude and unprofessional site. And this is not the first time at this location. Last time was in the evening of June 11, 2025 in a small town 8 in Canada ( Halifax ). Canadians are really friendly people and in the Atlantic Canada the nicest people. There is an extremely rude employee at this location. She did not had her name tag on. Young chubby girl with a pony tails.
I could tell and other last after me she doesn't wanted to be at work. So it's not only me my business associate who was with me this time also another customer that shared the same with us. I will also write a letter to your office to make sure you know about it. I do own Starbucks stock.
You are suffering sales as a chain but it can go really bad for bad service. However, this is the fist time in last last 25 years and so far 2 times at this location.
