I stood in line at the Portland street location today, at roughly 9:30 this morning, and waited for a good 10 minutes, if not longer, for someone to even address me and say hello. Nobody did. A second customer came in. Still nothing. Then a third customer comes in and nicely asks a woman, who appears to be a manager, if they’re taking orders at the till. And she asked this because of the time I had stood, and then she stood waiting without anyone even bothering to say hello. If this woman was truly a manager, you may want to get her some classes on how to speak with her guests coming into your place of business. She was rude, barely looked at the one at the woman and simply pointed to a girl who was clearly falling behind and said” yeah she’ll be right with you” and then half rolled her eyes as if it annoyed her we were there. Not very nice way to be addressing people who are paying good money for your product. And where’s the teamwork? Not one person helped the front counter because they were all so focused on the drive-through. Even when there was no cars in the drive through, they just stood and chatted instead of doing something they could to help the front counter. Not a very supportive work place so I can understand why they all looked so mad and frustrated.

Also got my egg bites long before my coffee. Which I had to ask for after the had already called my name. So my food was cold.

First and last time I’ll be visiting that location. I don’t normally leave reviews because I manage a really busy restaurant and so I get it. Things get busy. But your customers are the ones driving the business and at very least should be made to feel like they’re welcome. Not an annoyance. I would have completely understood had someone had some decency to say “we’re super busy just bear with us please”

Quite possibly the worst Starbucks in Nova Scotia. I’ve had too many poor experiences to count. Quality of drinks is always poor and not made properly, and staff are not accommodating when they make an issue.

normally this starbucks is amazing but what i witnessed today was crazy a girl accidentally put whip cream on my drink and then she scooped it out with her hand and gave me the drink

Service was terrible they take way to long to make coffee and the are very rude they need a change in staff or teach their staff customer service. Stay home if you don’t want to work

It was my first time coming to this location since i felt like a change of scenery and OH MY GOODNESS IT WAS GREAT!!! The customer service was wonderful, i had Sailor as my barista and she was SOOO nice to me, i felt like a made a new friend then. Not to mention, the speed of receiving my order and the taste was unlike any other location, and trust me I've been to ALOT of locations. Overall, this location had to have been blessed by the heavens.

It’s horrible drive-thru service. I’ve been here almost everyday , everyweek , I’ve never seen staff being rude here . They always so nice and happy. The girl served us this morning at 8:56 am November 4th 2024 , she really really need training how to do customer services . Thanks :)

Terrible customer service, the girl on cash today should be re-trained for 'nice' Can't believe I paid over $4 for a most horrible tasting coffee - dark roast tasted weaker than Tims's regular roast and not nearly as good. No wonder Starbucks' stock tanking and many stores closing - people are waking up and NOT smelling your Over priced Low grade coffee anylonger!

Parking: Not interested in parking here, never coming back again.

The staff are very kind and helpful, and the drive-thru is always a steady pace! Everyone has to remember, you’re paying for a more “luxurious” drink that is curated by a barista; so it will take a few minutes. :) Be kind, and patient.

Parking: Parking is often congested in this area.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible however this location is a smaller one, and wouldn’t be considered the easiest for WC accommodations sadly.

The worst starbucks I came across in my life. Waited a long time just for one drink and could see a lady waiting for hers but they didn’t know what her order was, she had to tell them multiple times for two of her drinks. With no hope of being my drink prepared, had to return the cake and asked the cashier for refund! It was not even busy!

Insainly slow everytime at this location, how does it take 20 plus min to make a regular coffee with milk and sweetener? Had optimum time to write this review while waiting for my PRE-ORDERED drink.
Never using this location again. Over it. Get it together lol

This is actually my favorite location to go to. Staff are friendly and polite and i feel right at home here. My reason for giving 3 stars is because I often have to have my order re-made because they basically didn't put any of the things I ordered and paid for into it. It's not like super complicated or anything but if I ask for more syrup, or swap milk for a different milk, I usually expect to get those things. This location is usually really busy and I get mistakes happen but lately it feels almost like every time. For new Baristas, please take a few extra seconds to really read the order. If I order a iced PSL (Pumpkin Spiced Latte) with extra P it's sort of a big deal with it doesn't have ANY of the P in it, just saying, at that point it's just a regular latte.

They will prioritize ALL of the drive-through orders plus online orders before in-person orders. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for a coffee if you go inside.
