This review is based only on the staff working September 11th , 2025. I’ve never seen people work so fast and so hard while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. The three working the counter during the lunch rush deserve raises.

Just left here extremely disappointed. Went through the drive thru was asked what sub, bread and cheese. I thought as they were building it, they were asking veggies to have them ready. They never offered to toast my sub. I said that's toasted right? She said no. I said is like it toasted, she said with the veggies on it? They're on it already. They didn't even give me the chance to say I wanted it toasted. Instead of realizing their mistake they gave me a sub with warm lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and green peppers. Completely disgusting. Own up to making an order too fast and not doing it right, don't give the customer a mushy sub for full price. Unreal. I'll never be going here again. Worst customer service

I have a concern on the unsecured washrooms and policy. Not sure if it's by corporate direction but there's 1 washroom that's gender neutral. No problem, I respect that. The remaining washroom was not able to be locked and had 2 stalls. Men and Ladies enter at same time. No signage. Asked manager on duty regarding this and he suggested using handicapped washroom. Not a solution or fair to handicapped persons.
Really have a concern with this. Will not be returning to this location

I ordered a couple of items, one of them being a pepperoni and cheese dipper which is supposed to be served hot and I got this sad, cold little thing which I couldn’t be bothered to eat. Thankfully it was only $3 but still, not at all as advertised.

I had the pleasure of being served by Jasmine at Subway today. She not only presented my food beautifully but did so with such care and attention to detail. Making the sandwich look as good as it tasted. Beyond her impressive food presentation skills, Jasmine’s warm and friendly attitude truly made my day. She took the time to ask about my preferences and made sure I felt welcome and valued. It’s rare to encounter such excellent service, and I’m grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back!
Well, Subway in general has good subs, but I'm not a fan of some of the menu changes the company has made, and how annoying their commercials are. Nothing this particular location can do about that, and aside from that, I just wanted to give a positive review about the staff, particularly, a guy named Jett who's nametag says he is a manager. He is friendly with the customers, fast/efficient and greets them all with a smile, he is there everytime I go to this location and does a great job so I just wanted to put that out there! This location also got a recent renovation.

Great sandwich maker, which is what counts at a Subway.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at your drive-thru. The food was cold and stale, including the potato rings and sub, which clearly hadn’t been prepared fresh. When we returned to address the issue, the staff member was not only rude but also refused to offer a refund or even ask if we wanted the food remade. In frustration, we handed the food back and told her to dispose of it.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect much better from Subway. The food quality and staff attitude were both disappointing, and because of this, I will never return to this location again. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent future customers from experiencing the same issues.
