This location, is OFTEN significantly understaffed. It is a drive through, walk in, and mobile order pickup spot. So you can imagine there is significant traffic to this location. I recently went (in october) and waited for nearly 45 mins to be served. This was due to only one worker on walk in orders. This location needs better staffing - it is not equipped for the amount of traffic it sees.

Staff needs ro wash their hand in between cash and food . Very unsanitary and also cash counter very dirty looking. Napkin holder hasn't been cleaned in very long time. Girls were friendly tho

I went at 1:30pm. There’s four people working and the three cars at the drive through and three people waiting inside. It took 15 mins to get our order. They got it wrong several times. People at the drive through came in to complain about the long wait. They kept asking me what I wanted and they still messed it up. No forks for the salad. Tables are dirty. They tried to charge me twice for my order. I’m very disappointed with my experience here. Do better…

Litterally the worst subway I've ever been too staff doesn't listen to your requests making you have to repeat yourself multiple times. On top of it there bread is always stale and not fresh at all

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one served us. The inside didn’t look busy at all. We would’ve went inside if it wasn’t for us being covered in sand from the beach. We drove off without ordering anything.

Zero customer service satisfaction. An Indian girl with glasses was so rude, I asked her for the extra onions in my sub and she said I can’t put extra and said I don’t have it in stock but she had 2 full containers on the platform in front of me and she didn’t make my sub correct and showed the attitude.

The chicken was full of water. When the worker pulled it out of the toaster it dripped on the floor. When I opened the sub it fell apart and had to eat it with a fork. Attention to detail isn’t their strong suit.

I go to this subway often and almost every time I go my order is messed up. I order through the app and it’s usually not ready when the app says it is. I’ve had my subs with raw bread dough, barely grilled, or not grilled at all despite leaving specific grilling instructions on the app. And when I asked for the franchisee’s contact information, I was told they don’t have that information and my only option is to talk to the manager or leave a google review for the franchisee to look at (only reason I’m posting this). There’s one guy there who’s really good and helpful but I haven’t seen him in a while. Other than that the staff are not very good.

I was at this location at 8:30ish in the morning on Thursday … the fellow that was working was awesome…. He was the only person there at that early time so he had to take care of the drive-thru and I store customers (I was inside)…..he was as fast a 1 person could possibly be, upbeat and smiling the.whole time…. You have a great team member
