The lady had an AirPod on while having the drive thru headset on and obviously couldn’t hear a thing I said, I said “a little bit of garlic sauce” and she nodded and continued to put half the damn bottle on it even after I tried to remind her that I said a little bit. Also asked for cheese and she only put cheese on half the sub. Horrible employee
Was at the drive through and the lady was very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. Food was made great.

Very slow only one person on and drive thru comes first. I waited over 10 minutes to order
The service is okay here usually, not outstanding but nothing to complain about, however today we waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, for the girl to say the system was down without an apology for the wait or the inconvenience with the system, but actually sounded irritated that we had cash to pay for the order. It really gave off “I wanted to get paid for hanging out while the systems are down, thanks for inconveniencing my extra long break”
Very bad service didn’t even packed the food. They should do something about it. Very inactive staff. Zero greetings if asking for something without checking saying no.
If you're going to try to redeem any free Birthday perks( free 🍪or free 20 oz fountain pop) this Baker Drive Subway doesn't support these.
I got the student order, the sandwich was great and what I expected, however I asked for chips and was told I could only get a cookie, then I asked for a specific cookie, and the clerk gave me a different kind of cookie. Frustrated for the store not offering the deal as advertised, even if it’s just a sandwich meal.

Waiting inside patiently, to get to the counter to be told I have to wait for a car (that I watched drive around after I walked in) get served first because theyre in the drivethrough is absolutely terrible customer service.
The store should have more than one person working if this is common. Im done coming to this location.
The drivethrough takes a long time so I start coming inside, and 3 times in a row I get told I have to wait.
I walked out each time because they didnt even give me a chance to say I didnt want to wait another 10 minutes for service.

Absolute dive. One employee is trying to serve customers. I waited more than 10 minutes and still the line did not move. So I went next door to Tim Hortons and ordered my meal and had it within 1 minute. Never go to this place ever.

I ordered a steak and cheese, added lettuce, cucumber, etc. To my surprise, the subway was cold (maybe they made it few minutes early) even though I asked for it to be toasted. THERE WAS BARELY ANY SHAVED STEAK/MEAT IN THERE. I stopped eating at Subway long time ago, and really disappointed by the quality even then, but it's upsetting to receive an order like this. I'm just glad I added veggies, it's like a veggie subway with flakes of meat
