The food was great. Im just tired of seeing only one person serving customers....what happened to teams? One person is never enough no matter what store or time of day/week. Hats off to employees who manage to run the store by themselves but it should not be this way.

One employee at supper time. No greeting to instore customers. I could tell it would be a long time before i got served. She should do better but the store should be shut down for having just one employee. Ill never be back

I had the worst experience ever. Don’t even deserve one star here. The girl was not welcoming at all. We had one veggie and chicken sub. First of all, she did not change her gloves for my veggie sub and packed both together. She didn’t label them and told us “ figure that out yourself”. Literally!!!!! Its your job to do the right thing. Never coming back here again and gonna tell my friends too.

We stopped by this Subway today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. There was only one employee working both the counter and the drive-thru, which meant we had to wait about 5–10 minutes even though we were the only ones inside. The employee seemed new and uncertain, and the portions were extremely stingy- barely any ingredients for the price we paid. Overall, it just didn’t feel worth the money. I’d recommend checking out a different Subway location.

Waited about 7 minutes at the counter to be served. There was only one employee and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. They didn't have our she couldn't find certain cheeses. Was extremely stingy on the toppings. Go to a different subway.

The lady had an AirPod on while having the drive thru headset on and obviously couldn’t hear a thing I said, I said “a little bit of garlic sauce” and she nodded and continued to put half the damn bottle on it even after I tried to remind her that I said a little bit. Also asked for cheese and she only put cheese on half the sub. Horrible employee

The service is okay here usually, not outstanding but nothing to complain about, however today we waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, for the girl to say the system was down without an apology for the wait or the inconvenience with the system, but actually sounded irritated that we had cash to pay for the order. It really gave off “I wanted to get paid for hanging out while the systems are down, thanks for inconveniencing my extra long break”

If you're going to try to redeem any free Birthday perks( free 🍪or free 20 oz fountain pop) this Baker Drive Subway doesn't support these.

I got the student order, the sandwich was great and what I expected, however I asked for chips and was told I could only get a cookie, then I asked for a specific cookie, and the clerk gave me a different kind of cookie. Frustrated for the store not offering the deal as advertised, even if it’s just a sandwich meal.
