Employee tried (3 times) to toast a wrap (not grill, toast).

Employee couldn't follow instructions. I requested a tiny amount of sauce, dude saturated my bread. It was so wet with sauce that the bread fell apart.

The icing on the cake ... they didn't even manage to cut our other foot long sub in half.

They know what they are doing.

They hire people that cant/won't speak English just to make it so infuriating that you are too exhausted to request your refund.

I spent $24 for inedible food and had to drive to McDonald's next door.

Ordered a $13 power bowl and it was the smallest thing I ever saw. Bowl was half full, didn't have beans or corn. Small amounts of all ingredients. I did an online order so didn't realize until I was back at my office. 0/10.

Worst experience ever. Never ordering again from here. I ordered online and they didn’t Italian herb bread for which they called me and said if I don’t want regular bread then I can cancel the order. I still continued with what they had. Ordered veggie delite and it wasn’t even prepared in the way it was asked. No sauce no veggies of choice nothing was done properly according to the request. Waste of money even after paying $5.25 for delivery and $20 for the order. Worst worst experience ever.

Do not order from this subway unless you are there in person. i asked for extra lettuce and got not even the regular amount. the bread was stale and the m&m cookies had nothing in them expect maybe a chocolate chip or two. I have ordered from here before and had issues.

We ordered a wrap but store manager SANDEEP refused to grill it saying it has lot of sauces. We have ordered same wrap at other locations as well, nobody has ever told us that. Store manager herself was rude. Whoever sees this shall tell her not to do that in future with anybody else.

if you order online then you have to wait for 45 minutes they show on the app your order is prepared but when you go to pickup , they still not start to prepare your order there is only one guy for preparing the orders.

This subway trying to pass this off as cheese bread, ordered online so I didn't see the sandwich until we were far enough away that we weren't going back.
As a ex employee of subway this isn't how it's done. This is being cheap.

DO NOT MAKE ONLINE ORDER. I made an online order and then I went in to wait before it was ready. I happened to notice when mine was being made. The bread was cut all the way through and was a very thin piece that shouldn't have been use. She put on a quarter amount of the shredded cheese and on the end of the sub in a little pile. Then she try to wrap it up in the paper, but because it was cut all the way through and was very thin piece of bread on top, it fell apart and she still wrap it up in a paper with veggies and sauce not inside the sub. I said it fallen apart. She offer to make another one, and the next one was perfect.

If I had not been inside before it was made my son would have opened the mess with most of the veggies and sauce loose in the paper. Staff are very friendly, she offtered to re make the sub and the store was clean. One star for the quality of what the online order was going to be.
