I ordered on skip the dishes, and they got my order wrong twice.

Service was unfortunately not acceptable at all. The server didn’t look at me once, and was extremely rude when taking my order, mumbling instead of actually speaking.
I will warn people with allergies, vegetables I never requested that were mixed in with others were put onto my sub, and dropped back into the bin they belonged in without the server ever apologizing to mentioning them.
Ice machine in the fountain was also broken.

However, the sub was very full and I am not at all disappointed with the food.

This location is not big on priority of walk in customers, on multiple visits ive watched orders with in person customers stop to prioritize delivery orders. On the most recent experience I watch the in person customers bread get cut then as an almost pavolian response the printer for online orders printed a slip at which point the in person customer and everyone behind her became secondary. The in person customers sandwich did not get attention untill the online order was completed. This isnt an isolated experience or a lone employer (although having a single employee over the hours of 4 to 7 seems to be a bad staffing choice) this is also the same type of response when a delivery driver arrives to pick up an order. I find this a rude practice and will be letting the main office know about this franchise and their staff

There have been multiple occasions of mistakes, missing ingredients, or ingredients that I did not ask for. Incredibly small portions of veggies. Tonight I had 5 leaves of spinach on my whole footlong. I did not get the onions I asked for and instead there were pickles. Somehow the triangles of cheese were melted and stuck to the white paper and not in my sandwich. That was the final straw. No more chances. I have been going to Subway for 30+ years and what comes out of this location is completely unacceptable for the cost.

Everyone that works there is so nice I go to this location quite a bit( mainly for my lunch break at work) they know my order off the top of there heads you can see them joking around with each other and it seems like a great place to work it’s nice and quiet there so a great place for a quick lunch thank you to everyone that works here you are all amazing and appreciated

Incredible service! Everything was so fresh! Best Subway I've been to in years. And I mostly only go to Subway for fast food... The guy behind the counter was remarkably nice and was able to do things to my sub I didn't know where possible. Excellent stuff.

I ordered a pickup from this Subway and was really let down by the quality. The sandwich had barely any fillings—less than half the usual amount of veggies—and was mostly just bread. It seems like the quality depends on who's working at the time, but unfortunately, my order wasn’t made with care. After bringing it home, I realized just how little was inside. Definitely not worth returning to this location.

I went into subway and asked for a gluten free sub. the worker told me that wouldn’t be possible because her gluten free buns were frozen, and would take 4 hours to defrost. I left and went to a different location and the worker happily defrosted their frozen GF buns in the microwave. I’m curious why she was so unwilling to take the extra 2 minutes to thaw my bread. Eating out with allergies is hard enough without being made to feel like an inconvenience.

I ordered from the Main St. location for delivery and literally got half the ingredients that was I asked for. It was thrown together and barely looks edible. So upset and disappointed. To insult to injury there were 1 and a half cookies. One was ripped off. I can't believe they made this mess and sent it out to be delivered as if no one would say anything.

The prices at this location seem to vary depending on who is working at the time. We have been to this location numerous times and today were charged $4.00 extra for a couple extra pieces of pepperoni on the pizza sub.
Bought the same thing last week and was charged less than just now.
