Unacceptable bread was so stale it kept crumbling apart. Dry as a crackers. Gave this place a second chance from a couple months ago for rotten lettuce. Guess this was my mistake.

Order online from app. Store does not had Veggie patty still they accepted the order and all the 6 sub we ordered was without that. Employees did not know what they were doing, bread was not cut properly over filling with all the ingredients. Didn’t closed sub properly so everything was coming out.

Terrible staff. All foreign. They look absolutley miserable. They dont smile. They dont say thank you, hello, nothing. I will not ve going back to this subway. My last 3 trips there have been brutal. The staff is terrible.
1 star for worst customer service i got today from two young ladies. They both were very rude and arrogant. Don’t go there.

I have worked near this location for over 5 years so have easily been 30 plus times. Ingredients always seem fresh but I am usually coming before or on near peak serving times so they might restock produce before I get there. They discontinued the roast beef sandwich which was my go-to in 2023 but this was done through Canada so can't really fault them for that. I have never had to ask the servers to add more when loading the sub. Staff are not overly friendly but are usually pretty quick and efficient. Dining area is usually as clean as can be expected given it's a high traffic area. The big reason they only get two stars for me is because they don't accept gift cards. Found this out after placing an order during lunch time and had about five people waiting behind me for their orders so I did not make a big deal out of it at the time. I have a real issue with franchise places that do not accept offers associated with their chains (should have a sign or something indicating such that you can see before ordering). Can be a real red flag but as I have had no previous extremely negative experiences will probably still go on a regular basis.
Parking: If you're going during peak times parking can be tricky as there are several fast food restaurants next to each other.
Wheelchair accessibility: The two main doors do not seem like they would be easy for someone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues to navigate. Pretty wide open floor so inside the restaurant would probably not be so bad. Can't speak to the washrooms.

Ms Raman Working on 10 Nov 2023 at 10 am was very very rude arrogant and talked to me and made my sandwich with horrible attitude.. I was treated like i m here for free food... i mean i wouldnt deal wid him that way...Seriously.. ! Do i have to pay extra now to get a good behaviour.. Thats customer dealing... really spoiled my day.. Sick ppl... She doesnt deserve to be serving food ..

Very rude attitude and bad service at noon today. Vegetables did not seem fresh at all.
Two stars only because my last two visits seemed alright. Thought it would be alright again today. It’s been super hard to find a Subway that’s clean and has vegetables that don’t look completely rotten. Anyway, the biggest red flags to me were the customer service, the outdated product they were still using, and the off-tasting subs.The lady working wasn’t rude to us. She wasn’t good or bad for us. But the poor gentlemen she served after us she was very snippy with. We didn’t like that.I decided to try the new smashed avocado that was advertised. Not only was it completely oxidized (which I understand, that’s what avocado does) but when she lifted the tin up, I saw the best if used by sticker and looks like they kept it an extra day. Anyone who takes their food service job seriously knows that this is unacceptable. It also tasted very gross.Both mine and my fiancés sub tasted gross. The avocado on mine didn’t taste right and neither did the olives, and he said the chicken tasted a little off. Makes you wonder what all the other best before dates were.Probably won’t be back to this location, and I’ve just about had it with Subway in general so probably won’t eat at any location anymore. Better off going to McDonalds it seems lol
