Zero cleanliness and no hygiene anywhere in store. Staff was so rude and even not giving paper napkins. Gave only 1 napkin for 1 footlong.
We ordered 6 of 12inch footlong sub and she gave only 6 napkins.
How ridiculous is this?

Went to take my fiancee there on her 30 min lunch. Ordered no problem but they sold me a fountain pop and the pop machine wasn't working. They said take a bottle. All good. They continued selling fountain pop though to the following customers knowing it wasn't working. I get out to the car with a breakfast sub as they had no pickles and I can't eat a sub without pickles so I was forced to an egg bacon and pepperoni sub. The egg is normally heated prior to toasting which apparently they failed to do so the egg was ice cold in the middle. The fiancee went in to refund the meal and they refused to refund it and made another less horrible but still mediocre sandwich with mayo all over the wrapper and literally ate up 25 mins of her lunch break not even able to eat it in the end. The place has no napkins and is an absolute disaster of a subway. Will never enter these premises again! The staff are 110 percent inadequate and completely ignorant to the point every customer in the place was shaking their heads when they refused a refund. Horrific experience.

My friend and I recently visited this store and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named harpreet.

From the moment we walked in, she didn’t acknowledge us or make any effort to be welcoming. While we were filling our fountain drink for the first time, she abruptly accused us of refilling, which was not the case. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and quite rude.

She clearly lacks basic customer service skills and communication. If you come across Jasmine at this location, I would recommend waiting for another staff member or visiting a different Subway altogether.

Footlong was not grilled and toppings were not correct for both

We ordered veggie subs and the girl named JASMINE made them… she was so rude for no reason. We asked her we need every vegetable but less amount and she told us everyone takes extra vegetables??? I mean WE ARE NOT EVERYONE. Everyone has their own liking. She just had bad attitude. Even our sub was not wrapped properly everything was coming out.

There is a big rat in the store 😔I recently visited and unfortunately, I had a very unsettling experience. While eating, I saw a rat in the store. This was both surprising and concerning, especially since food safety and cleanliness are important factors in choosing where to eat. I will never go to this store again 🐁😳by the time i took picture it went under the soft drink freezer otherwise i will post picture to for more clarification 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had an awful experience at this Subway location. I ordered a grilled sub, but when I went to eat it, I realized it was stuck to the paper they had grilled it with! It was nearly impossible to peel it off, and bits of paper were stuck to my food, making it completely inedible.
