We ordered veggie subs and the girl named JASMINE made them… she was so rude for no reason. We asked her we need every vegetable but less amount and she told us everyone takes extra vegetables??? I mean WE ARE NOT EVERYONE. Everyone has their own liking. She just had bad attitude. Even our sub was not wrapped properly everything was coming out.

There is a big rat in the store 😔I recently visited and unfortunately, I had a very unsettling experience. While eating, I saw a rat in the store. This was both surprising and concerning, especially since food safety and cleanliness are important factors in choosing where to eat. I will never go to this store again 🐁😳by the time i took picture it went under the soft drink freezer otherwise i will post picture to for more clarification 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had an awful experience at this Subway location. I ordered a grilled sub, but when I went to eat it, I realized it was stuck to the paper they had grilled it with! It was nearly impossible to peel it off, and bits of paper were stuck to my food, making it completely inedible.

The girl jasmine really needs to have a tiny bit of pride in her job throwing the meat on my sub and not even trying to make it look good cheese was all over the sandwich as well.. for the price of the food u can at less have some respect for my sandwich if she don't like working here fond a diff job other wise do better

I had an awful experience at Subway in Dartmouth Crossing. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I approached the counter, the employee barely looked up from their phone and rolled their eyes as I asked for my sandwich. They handled the ingredients with no care, and when I pointed out that my sandwich was poorly made, the employee responded with a snarky comment and ignored my concerns. She even refused to tell her name. She is from India. The whole encounter was unpleasant, and it’s clear that the staff here have no respect for customers. I won't be coming back to this location.

I came around 6-7. store seems busy, there was that one girl working and handling the customers by herself with a smile on her face. I was so impressed because I have been to many restaurants. Workers usually got frustrated but that was amazing. Subway must give her big credit.

The staff working in there was really very rude out there they didn’t even packed the sub properly the food quality was not apt the bread was mortal fresh and they didn’t even offered us any cookies or points system secondly they were more comfortable talking in their local language Punjabi people which was disappointing as a customer service the first and the foremost thing is to satisfy the customer the way of talking was harsh and was feeling they were just working forcefully out there. I want to make a highlight to the manager to see his staff . I will never visit again if this type of customer service persists in future.
