Quick service but they gave me 4 green pepper peices total and gave me onions that i didn’t order.
Hi, I ordered footlong sandwiches, but they weren’t sliced in half, which made them inconvenient to eat. The order also took longer than expected. I had to cut them myself, and the portions ended up uneven. Just wanted to share this feedback so it can be improved.

Customer service was poor, repeatedly interrupted me, I wasn’t offered a bag, didn’t even cut my sub. I feel like I’m being petty, but it was enough.

First, I get that this is just Subway , expectations are realistic; but it’s still disappointing to see how far Subways has declined. As a kid, I use to eat subway multiple times a week but now, few and far between and my recent experience is a great reason why..
Customer service is basically nonexistent. Gone are the days of being acknowledged when you walk in with a quick “hi, I’ll be right with you.” Instead, you’re completely ignored and left standing at the counter waiting.
The food quality was just as disappointing. As shown in the photos, the bread was extremely low quality — flaky and dry — and actually separated when it was cut and opened. The vegetable station looked dirty, with containers mixing multiple vegetables together and noticeably skimpy portions.
Sanitation was also concerning. One staff member was wearing gloves but repeatedly touched the register, stapler, and other surfaces before going straight back to making sandwiches. Whether technically sanitary or not, it’s very off-putting to watch.
Overall cleanliness needs serious attention. The walls were visibly dirty, the drink station was overflowing with mess, counters were grimy, and supplies were limited. The entire place feels neglected.
Sad to see a brand that used to at least meet basic standards fall this far.

At this place I had an amazing customer service by Raman and Anchal , they were polite and made the sub to the point. Must visit location.

It was the worst experience ever in my life the crew member harpreet was dam with me. First all whole store was empty still she asked me to wait The whole sandwich was massy. Hospitality was zero. Veggies were out of sandwich. Tables were not clean at all.
Found a GIANT hair in my food and they wouldn’t even give me a refund!

Zero cleanliness and no hygiene anywhere in store. Staff was so rude and even not giving paper napkins. Gave only 1 napkin for 1 footlong.
We ordered 6 of 12inch footlong sub and she gave only 6 napkins.
How ridiculous is this?

Went to take my fiancee there on her 30 min lunch. Ordered no problem but they sold me a fountain pop and the pop machine wasn't working. They said take a bottle. All good. They continued selling fountain pop though to the following customers knowing it wasn't working. I get out to the car with a breakfast sub as they had no pickles and I can't eat a sub without pickles so I was forced to an egg bacon and pepperoni sub. The egg is normally heated prior to toasting which apparently they failed to do so the egg was ice cold in the middle. The fiancee went in to refund the meal and they refused to refund it and made another less horrible but still mediocre sandwich with mayo all over the wrapper and literally ate up 25 mins of her lunch break not even able to eat it in the end. The place has no napkins and is an absolute disaster of a subway. Will never enter these premises again! The staff are 110 percent inadequate and completely ignorant to the point every customer in the place was shaking their heads when they refused a refund. Horrific experience.

My friend and I recently visited this store and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named harpreet.
From the moment we walked in, she didn’t acknowledge us or make any effort to be welcoming. While we were filling our fountain drink for the first time, she abruptly accused us of refilling, which was not the case. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and quite rude.
She clearly lacks basic customer service skills and communication. If you come across Jasmine at this location, I would recommend waiting for another staff member or visiting a different Subway altogether.
