No forks, no crispy onions and no jerk sauce. Could have done ok with everything except the no fork, hard to eat a salad with a spoon. Should have been informed.

Bathrooms are so dirty there was black in the wall, floors grout stained, door handle had brown on the door and the handle. Completely grossed out.

Very disappointed in this location. Food was not fresh at all, bread was crusty, they were very stingy with ingredients, considering all the extra charges and total price I was expecting much better. Never had a bad experience with subway until now :(

I had an amazing experience at Subway today thanks to an outstanding employee! He was incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did he make my sandwich perfectly, but he also made sure I wasn't overcharged. He took the time to ask about my day, and we even chatted a bit in French. Such a gentleman! This kind of service definitely makes me want to come back. Highly recommend!

Very clean store, and the employee was a super nice and hardworking young man who was operating the store all by himself.The condiments/cheese/meat/vegetable area was neat and looked fresh.. none of the toppings were mixed in with each other, and all the bread was in stock.He even asked if I needed my order for there or to go, hooked it up with napkins, sauce samples, and then halfway through when I had to leave early and return home, he provided me with a salad container so I could package the rest for later. super cool too, because Subway has recyclable food containers! Yay!all in all of you're looking for a pretty quiet and out of the way Subway location this is the go to spot.P.S. - i won't take off a star, because it was not actually physically inside of the store, but next to the dining area is two open and relatively full dumpsters.. which again it's outside so doesn't affect inside performance, but if you're to sit down and look out the windows on the right side of the store then you'll be staring at big dirty dumpsters. could pay someone a couple bucks and about 20minutes (if that) to clean them up and it would make the dining area a little more pleasant, but hey yeah still 5/5 stars as this was a very good last minute meal for me and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal in peace.P.P.S. - They have free and really fast WiFi /wireless internet, so good place to get some work done if you're hungry ??

Me and my friend went to subway for supper around 4-4:30pm yesterday. There was loud music, and we couldn’t hear the person serving us. We almost had to yell in order for them to hear. A gentlemen who worked there was sweeping and mopping the floors while we were eating. Asked me remove my jacket off the back of my chair so he could sweep and mop under my chair. When we were done eating it wasn’t safe to stand up and walk out because the floors were so wet. There was also no wet floor sign.

Placed a online order last night and it was the worst I've had from subway . The bread was hard there was not a lot of chicken on the subs and there was a stem from what I believe was from a green pepper.

We just went to subway and ordered two subs, one being on gluten free bread. My son was very disappointed when it completely crumbled and fell apart. We are not new to gluten free food so we know it can be more crumbly. But this was a complete mess! It wasn't even edible and a total waste of money (almost $40 for two meals). Also, the veggies on the veggie sub didn't look fresh either but at least the bread didn't fall apart.

It was the only thing I ate and I got sick from it, food poisoning, and I called to see if I could get a refund or something because I don’t want to pay for something that made me sick (I have the receipt) so I called and she said “everything has an expiration date we follow so I don’t think it’s possible “ okay, I get that, but I got sick from it.
Only one staff working line up so long, worker doing online orders.. absolutely ridiculous! Get staff for your location please, should always have at least two staff. Some lights don’t work and top of food counter is super dusty. Needs a good cleaning for sure.
We visited this Subway location for the first time recently and found it to be very clean and bright. The young lady working alone was extremely efficient and friendly, we left saying she has to be the best employee they have. Didn't see her name tag but she deserves a shout out. We would stop here for a quick bite again anytime.
Friendly service and really enjoyed the cold cut.
