I placed an order for chicken noodle soup for pick up leaving the restaurant 45 minutes to prepare the soup when I arrived at the restaurant, they told me they didn’t have the soup and they were getting ready to make me a sub, if I wanted a sub I would have placed an order for sub, staff at this location were just to lazy to take the soup out of the freezer and thaw it and cook it for the order. I’m beyond disappointed!

My kids are very picky eaters and usually only eat a 6-inch sub with just bread and 3 slices of ham very basic. They don’t like ciabatta bread at all so we have to always order it on regular 6-inch bread We have tried many Subway locations in Dartmouth and Halifax, but this store really stands out the staff member his name is Love has always been very kind to us. Both me and my wife have visited on different days and times, and every time he treats us with respect even though we order a simple 6-inch sub, he often charges us the ciabatta price, he is always polite, friendly, and helpful, his attitude and customer service is great.

Subway is typically my first choice when I need something quick, and because i’ve had the same order for years, I often do not look at what the employees put on my sub. While doing this, i paid for my sub, sat down, and ate it. As I was leaving, I went to get napkins by the cash and noticed mold growing up the metal containers the vegetables are kept in, even spreading to the vegetables. I felt sick to my stomach and regretted not paying attention to begin with, and it’s honestly scary to see as this poses a major health risk to all customers. I do not believe this location meets the proper health and safety codes as the presentation shows their food is not fresh, nor clean. not only that, but the glass cases were covered in filth, and there was garbage all over the dining room floor, it was overall just a dirty restaurant that wasn’t regularly cleaned by the employees like it should be. I definitely will not be returning to this location, and will start paying attention to what i will be eating.

The store need to either get other employees or train their current ones. There is no care of allergies or vegetarian or non vegetarian food. Those girls don’t change their gloves after serving meat. Gives food with the same glove the use for touching the furniture around. This is not acceptable at all. I am highly allergic to certain non vegetarian food and they just keep mixing all the ingredients up. Very disappointing and unhygienic. Deserves no star.

Bathroom was dirty. Workers don't smile. Paid 11 bucks for a 6 inch they gave me half meat and I had to remind them it was double cheese.

When Nav was running things here it was great, its now slow, and poorly run, often out of ingredients.

I also just walked in for the 3rd time in 2 weeks at 1230 PM when one of the staff is eating lunch customer table while 1 staff prepares sub for the lunch rush? 4 people ahead of me. Nonsense

The cashier cannot handle cash, literally gave me the wrong change 3 times and it got so confusing i just left only to get home and calculate and realize they ripped me off 5$. doesnt sound like a lot but considering how crazy overpriced it is already it stupid. the mashine literally TELLS YOU how much money you owe if you cant figure out from there how much change to give me you need to be re-educated ASAP. The people were nice i guess but very very unintelligent.

The worst experience I ever had. We went for the subway but the guy Aman had switched off his toaster 9 pm but the store os opened till 9:30 pm. This is not the good hospitality from any of the restaurant.

I just had one of the best Subway experiences thanks to Lovepreet! They put so much care and attention into making my sandwich—it was perfectly layered, super fresh, and everything was balanced just right. Friendly attitude, fast service, and honestly, the best sandwich I’ve had from Subway in a long time. Shoutout to Lovepreet for doing it right!

Welcome to the only restaurant in town that you need to bring your reusable bags to. They will not provide a large bag, no matter how much you purchase or the size of the items purchasing, seeming as a salad doesn't even fit in the regular sub bags. First they did away with the drink trays, now the big bags. Hope you can juggle on the way to the car or dish out extra money so the penny pinching owner can make a few more cents. Customer service clearly doesn't exist at this location anymore.

Bathrooms are so dirty there was black in the wall, floors grout stained, door handle had brown on the door and the handle. Completely grossed out.

Kid-friendliness: I guess so it's Subway....

Wheelchair accessibility: Appears to have access from parking to sidewalk and accessible door.

Very disappointed in this location. Food was not fresh at all, bread was crusty, they were very stingy with ingredients, considering all the extra charges and total price I was expecting much better. Never had a bad experience with subway until now :(
