Went to subway at about 1315. Only 1 person working. Waited 5-10 minutes but the sandwich artist was too busy doing takeout orders to even acknowledge me. Usually like the sandwiches but got tired of waiting. Should always be at least 2 workers during lunch time!

Ordered this sub and that’s how the sauce is all over on the bread. I can’t figure out how am i able to pick the sub and eat. Seems like whoever made it just made with closed eyes.

Always a good experience there and my food is always good. Will say they can be a bit bad at cutting the sandwich in half, happened to my brother not to me. Lines usually not to long. Overall great spot.

I had just recently visited this store at around 4:40 pm. I ordered my regular veg sub. In that’s stuffing was really good served by this employee. Its was a great service i had ever got from this subway store.

staff is often uninterested in you and have their headphones in even when you’re trying to talk to them. they won’t wash their hands before making your sub, just use two pumps of sanitizer which makes me extra worried especially during a pandemic.

This is Definitely not the best subway.The staff are unfriendly and the location is not Clean.In general this location is not very sanitary, with things obviously having gone uncleaned for a while right out in the open. Which makes me worry about the areas of the restaurant that the public can't see.Subway has many fine, clean locations where the staff is always friendly and professional. This is not one of them.

Visit last week to halifax as tourist . Quite frankly someone working their, i think she is manger or supervisor of the store shouting on other employee instead of doing her own work,saw her from lobby for almost 10 minutes she using her dirty hands . I want to complain to food ministry but stop myself . Moreover , owner should change their staff especially supervisor or manager . She doesn't know how to deal with employees and customer .Poor service, 100% sure no one their has food handling training even manager .Would recommend don't go their specially if you have kids .

I was happy with the service received from the girl who made my sandwich, but when I went back to explain that the cookie they sold me was raw, another lady was at the counter. When I said, “your cookies are raw” she gave me some attitude and said do you want me to do? She gave me a another cookie which I broke in front of her, it was still raw and the she walked away to serve a customer who just walked up to the counter.I didn’t know what to do, so I walked away with the raw cookie. When I told my wife what happened, she went back and ended up speaking with the original girl I ordered from, who apologized for the raw cookie and gave replacement cookies cooked from another batch.Aside from the cookies and attitude after, my sub was delicious. I had the chicken pizzaola!

I love subway but this one... terrible. She made my sandwich sloppy putting all the veggies in the middle. I asked for some mayo and mustard and she folded it over and everything came out. She set up the debit and before I could ask for a new one she was taking someone else’s order. My boyfriend took one look at it and brought it back up and she told him I asked for extra sauce and that’s why it looked like that (which is false). She Was complaining about her job the whole time while making my sub, honestly they should find other workers if they hate their lives working there so much. She remade it but was angry about it. Wouldn’t usually complain about somewhere like subway but I’m actually angry about my sub that I paid money for.

I waited at the counter for 3 mins before I finally called out to the 3 employees chatting in the back. The girl making my sandwich was pleasant but is obviously new and still training (thats fine) except nobody came out to help her. The food station was dirty and there were fruit flies. One landed on my sandwich and I asked for a new one please. Another employee rolled her eyes. The third employee finally came out to help and proceeded to put on gloves then leave the sandwich line to help another at cash (also fine) but used her gloved hands on the cash and then... With the same gloves went back to making a sandwich.... Gross... These employees NEED training on proper food handling and cleaning AND proper customer service.
