Place has unfortunately gone downhill. I've been going there since the 90s and my last few years have been disappointments. The service is poor regardless of dining in or going through the drive thru. I wish it was the same place it used to be.

Cherry is absolutely amazing. Everytime we come to Swiss chalet Tacoma we hope to get her. She's great with the kids, so attentive and so kind on top of the great service !
