I've been coming to swiss chalet for 20 plus years. Was my favorite restaurant to go to. Lately it's gone down hill, food is cold, fries taste like they've been heated a few times. The chicken is dried out. Staff is still great, but they don't seem happy. Customers do feel the stress. Be along time before I come back if ever.

Crispy fries excellent, more butter brought…excellent service
Food was great- server were kind. We really enjoyed ourselves the only suggestion is that there was a delay between appetizers and main however the server were frequently checking in us and gave us updates. Would def. Come again.

Worst customer experience I have had in a long time. Messed up my drive thru order and then I had to talk to 6 different people to try and get it corrected. When I talked to the manager he hung up the phone as I was explaining the problem to him.
