I wish there were any other Taco Bell location in Dartmouth, because I'd go there in a heartbeat over the one at Mic Mac Mall. At Mic Mac, I'll rarely get a cashier who pretends to care that they're at their job. I usually don't get my correct order, especially when ordering through delivery apps. They don't put straws or sauces in the bag anymore, I haven't gotten straws or sauces the last five times I've ordered from the Mic Mac location, even though I asked for them when ordering. They run out of ingredients constantly, and their portion sizes just seem to lack in comparison to other Taco Bell restaurants. I'm just fed up of constantly being let down by this one particular store.

Absolutely terrible!!! waited over 30 minutes (no exaggeration) for cold, awful food. Got a chicken wrap with two minuscule pieces of chicken, along with cold fries. Staff had no idea what to do and prioritized door dash over the customers.

My expectations of Taco Bell isn't incredibly high but the workers at the Mic Mac mall location certainly fall far beyond what could reasonably be expected. From messed up my order multiple times to not showing any real effort to be accommodating to my mom who has a visual impairment and some dietary constraints due to her declining health, who had asked for somenbaisc information. I certainly will avoid this location. The sad thing is I often eat here and service is generally better but the two young ladies at the front have turned me off from the establishment

i have dietary restrictions and attempted to order an item listed as bean on the menu, the cashier rang up the wrong thing and gave me all beef products. i didn’t realize until i had bitten into the product. when i attempted to replace my order the cashier made me pay twice

the food is great as long as you get what you actually order!!! today was the SECOND time I was served items containing beef after double and triple checking that my order would be made with no beef. i have never had this issue at any other taco bell. i am vegetarian and the lack of care when handling dietary restrictions isn't just infuriating, it's dangerous for those of us with allergies!!!!
i’m guessing none of the employees know what beef is… on the screen it clearly shows 2 BEEF chalupa supreme.. when i ordered i told the lady BEEF, i noticed on my receipt it said chicken so i went back and said something she told the others to fix it… 40 mins later i get my food go to the car for it to be CHICKEN like 3 staff members weren’t told beef repeatedly, don’t advertise something and give the person the opposite of what they asked for multiple times.. ridiculous

I went to get some food after shopping around and was rudely told that they were closed. i was confused because it was only 8:40 and online it says they’re open until 9, it was not closed for another 20 minutes.
