i have dietary restrictions and attempted to order an item listed as bean on the menu, the cashier rang up the wrong thing and gave me all beef products. i didn’t realize until i had bitten into the product. when i attempted to replace my order the cashier made me pay twice

the food is great as long as you get what you actually order!!! today was the SECOND time I was served items containing beef after double and triple checking that my order would be made with no beef. i have never had this issue at any other taco bell. i am vegetarian and the lack of care when handling dietary restrictions isn't just infuriating, it's dangerous for those of us with allergies!!!!

i’m guessing none of the employees know what beef is… on the screen it clearly shows 2 BEEF chalupa supreme.. when i ordered i told the lady BEEF, i noticed on my receipt it said chicken so i went back and said something she told the others to fix it… 40 mins later i get my food go to the car for it to be CHICKEN like 3 staff members weren’t told beef repeatedly, don’t advertise something and give the person the opposite of what they asked for multiple times.. ridiculous

Every time I come here they are out of something, tomatoes, or rice or some other basic ingredient that the low quality staff just forgot to orderWhile in line multiple people noted how hard it was to read the menu board. People were squinting and saying they needed their eyes checked.I tried explaining the issue to the staff, but I could tell they only heard four words correctly out of my entire statement. They had trouble even counting the correct change….This is the new normal everywhere

Dry, disgusting food. They have a serious hiring problem here, and ultimately it must be a management problem. I hope the owner cleans house, because this place is abysmal.

Very disappointed, waited for ten minutes just to be given frozen tacos??? I'm not sure how this taco bell is still allowed to sell food should be shut down giving customers frozen food how is this fresh when it's an ice cube??
