Tried to order the Tuesday combo with a drink. Cashier tried to charge me an additional dollar for their bottled pops when I only wanted a fountain pop. When I asked why, cashier said their machine was broken. I said “why should I have to pay for the machine being broken?” he just shrugged. I said “okay no combo then, just the drink”. My order went from $13 to $15. Supervisor next to him just stared at me. Terrible service. Disappointing.

I previously enjoyed the food here but I think this place has since gone down hill. Today the cooking area was unkempt, and as he cooked I saw a mouse scurrying benieth his feet under the cooking station. I won’t be back.

Food was good but I was surprised at the cost of their drinks… 591ml bottle of Diet Pepsi, $4.75?!?!?!

I had a poor experience with Tai Express order online. When I went in to rectify the situation I was expecting rude, defensive customer service. The 2 staff were nothing but considerate and empathetic, to the situation and made me feel heard! They didn't waste anytime figuring out what needed to be done and I left a very happy and satisfied customer! Thank you Keshav and Deepa!

Whenever I go to Micmac mall , first choice for food is Thai express. They have amazing food with good service. staff are very friendly . Thank you for whole Thai team for wonderful service. ?

The veggies still had the sticker on them after they were cooked. Discussting!!!! Do they even clean the veggies?

Got the pineapple thai. Could barely understand the worker, making the ordering process difficult. When I got my food, they gave it to me in a to go container. I open it up and my rice is drowning and sauce, chicken burnt, and food cross-contaminated with broccoli. Severely overpriced for what’s worse than McDonald’s

One of my favourite chain restaurants in all of HRM. Their pad Thai is absolutely to die for. A bit pricey but very good portions. I also love their shrimp rolls and soups. The staff here is great as well!

Food was good service was great, a few parts of the pad Thai were very very bland but overall it had flavour and was pretty spicy but not to spicy.

This place went downhill. Does not look sanitary at all. I watched a worker use a blue/black scrubber while cooking and leave it in dirty water order after order.

Thai Express delivers authentic Thai flavors with a diverse menu of expertly crafted dishes. Excellent food and excellent customer service. My favourites are chicken pad Thai and general Thai mango.
