Website said open till 9pm NYE. They were closed when I got there at 8pm.

Our second time there and probably our last.
Place is dirty. Floors are dirty.
Tables were dirty and there was only 2 tables that were taken in the whole place.
Nobody cleaning tables.
Where the fountain pop is you can tell in that area that no pride in cleanliness is being taken.
Food splatter on walls beside tables etc.

We got the fried rice. The portion size, taste and service were all amazing. They have several gluten free options. Well done!!!

The person was very very rude( the guy in the turban). he barely cooked our veggies .. when we went again to ask the person he was very rude and denied us the service .. I love pad thai but this has to be one of the worst experience I have ever had.. we paid 20 bucks for pad thai and this is what we get .. never going back . Firstly we asked for medium and he gave us spicy and then was arguing when I couldn’t even eat .. ( I can tolerate spice) left the ginger as is .. it literally taste the worst. Also the person refused to give me the recipet. Also when he re made the food threw the food across the restaurant and right into the garbage .. this isn’t the service i expected. When I paid 20 bucks for it. Also I have never had this issue in this pad Thai

100% without question the worst Thai Express I've been to.

First off, the 4 menu screens behind the counter on the wall are in the wrong order. Slide #1 is actually on screen #4, and others are mixed up as well. Major fail.

My biggest issue though was customer service. We had some questions during ordering and they couldn't even be answered. The person unfortunately did not speak conversational English well enough, and also unfortunately when he did speak we couldn't really understand what he was saying.

I would recommend to the manager to hire people that are going to be front-counter staff to have proper communication/language skills, and additionally fix the menu screens.

We couldn't even complete our order due to a language barrier, so we walked out. There is not a chance I would ever return to this location.

Looking at all the other negative reviews of this place, now I understand.

Egg was burnt and crumbly, food order called out wrong, servers seemed understaffed and disgruntled, tables not clean or cleaned in the hour I watched, cleanest table had food residue.

Great food and fast service. The staff were friendly and attentive. The portions were generous and well-priced. One of the best spots in Dartmouth for quick, tasty Thai food.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered Pad Thai and Shrimp Fried Rice, both were watery, bland, and completely unappetizing.

When I brought it up to the staff, they were rude and dismissive instead of trying to fix the problem. Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Total waste of money...!

Please turn your uber app off when leaving your store and close your restaurant on Sundays until 12 it is frustrating for people to order something and not be able to get it because the store hours are not updated.

I paid for extra broccoli and when I looked inside I could find two pieces and when I pointed that out to the staff they told me there's extra broccoli there are four pieces. I will never go back.

Worst thai express location -based on food. Mushy rice, flavourless cashew stir fry and no cashews in it. Spicy beef pad thai not spicy rather bland, sweet and watery. Girl at counter was trying her best and funny.
