Please turn your uber app off when leaving your store and close your restaurant on Sundays until 12 it is frustrating for people to order something and not be able to get it because the store hours are not updated.

I paid for extra broccoli and when I looked inside I could find two pieces and when I pointed that out to the staff they told me there's extra broccoli there are four pieces. I will never go back.

Worst thai express location -based on food. Mushy rice, flavourless cashew stir fry and no cashews in it. Spicy beef pad thai not spicy rather bland, sweet and watery. Girl at counter was trying her best and funny.

I’ve normally had good experience with Thai express, however today I asked for spicy pad Thai for my husband and got something that was drowning in sauce and super sweet. Mine was mild but is also really sweet. The guy had it made 30 seconds after I ordered which seemed strange to me… tried to call the restaurant after I got home, when I realized this wasn’t what I ordered. When I call, it says this number is not a Find… I live 30 minutes away from the restaurant, don’t really feel like doing another hour Of driving, if someone could reach out to rectify the issue, it would be appreciated

Super fast service, very friendly staff.

The food is pretty average. Fast food style Thai fusion. Some dishes are better than others. Great Thai food when you're in a rush.

I am here for the pick up at 7.25pm but the behaviour of the person was so awful. He literally doesn’t know how to speak with anyone. I have the message for the owner please give that person little bit more training that how to speak with people. Such a terrible experience.

I always went there to get my favourite pad Thai and they never disappoint me. The fish is always fresh and veggies are well cooked. And the spice level is just perfect for me. I also really like spring rolls. I will be back again for sure.

I ordered delivery --- they did not include the ONE dish that my child would eat, meaning my 5-year old was left hungry. AND the mango salad was not as described: mango, peppers and shredded lettuce --- no mint, no dressing. Like eating rabbit food. A terrible, unreliable experience.

This was my first time trying Thai food and I went with my six friends. The Pad thai and Fried rice were very street style made. They add a bit extra soy sauce but no artificial flavour added. The recipe looked authentic but with lots of soy sauce. The waiters are very accomodating to the requirements we asked them to add shrimps and fish to few of them and they did that perfectly.

Had the chicken pineapple pad Thai and it was absolutely delicious. Ready in 2 minutes it was the perfect lunch option

Waited 15 minutes before staff came out of the back. Then was served by a rude lady, who then gave me attitude when I asked for peanuts. McDonald’s has better customer service then this place.
