The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Dartmouth Crossing

The service was exceptional, our waiter Josh was amazing, we had the special steak Diane with lobster and crab. It was cooked to perfection.

I dont think outstanding is a strong enough sentiment. Our visit and meal were above and beyond anything I could want or expect at any restaurant. The waiter was on point - simply amazing. The food? Well, I closed my eyes and savored EVERY bite. I was taken away with my enjoyment of both my appetizer and main meal. Seriously, I dont think I can compliment it all enough. Thank you Dartmouth Keg. We will most definitely be back, and I will sing your accolades loudly!

Had a lovely celebration at this location with the family. The server, Craig, was really exceptional. This why we love to go to The Keg ;-)

We keep coming back to the Keg for special occasions because the service and food are always great.

The lobster tails were excellent—best ever. My partner had the prime rib and stated it was unfortunately the driest prime rib he has ever eaten. There was absolutely no liquid from the meat on the plate or left in the meat and the side serving of au jus was not to his liking. The baked potato and wedge were very good. Ambience was very nice.

At the beginning of June I was at this location with my colleagues and the food was great, and the service was lovely! BUT we have to give a huge shout out to one of our servers - Gabe....dont get me wrong, both of the servers who were taking care of us were great, Gabe just made it a memorable experience for all of us!

High standard as usual, great food and service

I loved it here! It was beautiful and the food was incredible. Every waitstaff was very friendly and super knowledgeable on the menu! Our waiter explained almost everything on the menu for us, he was so great!

Service was great. We ordered salad with no dressing, but it arrived with dressing. It took almost the whole meal for a server to return so we could tell them about the salad. The staff were very friendly!Steaks were wonderful. The atmosphere was ok. It was awfully bright by the window - would have preferred different seating. It was a lovely meal all in all and I would certainly return here for another meal

I had my brother and his wife from Toronto and we wanted to treat them to a nice dinner The Keg once again came through with awesome, friendly and courteous service. Our service mad3 us feel as if we were the only ones there.

Always consistently good and never disappoints! Great food cocktails and service. One suggestion for improvement: now that American wines are off the menu you need to expand your wine list.

We're very disappointed to be told how much we have to give for service tip, by the machine. It starts at at 18%. Servers at the Keg don't work any harder than servers at Swiss Chalet. I know the value of the meals are more but the tip shouldn't be, services is service I was apalled at the amount I paid for tip. $34. And my own dinner was only $56 🤷‍♀️ Therefore, the tip was more than half of my dinner They have also changed the recipe for the escargot, although one of my favourites I would never order it again, way to spicy

Excellent attentive staff following the scripted customer service.
The 10 oz prime rib was warm, au jus barely warm and baked potatoes, so so, one of which was grey inside on one half.

Honestly a Burger King visit would have been more flavourful and certainly 100 dollars less expensive.
