Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons. They're food is barely palatable and the counter service always seems to be lacking in comparison to the drive thru service. It's like this at almost any location I've ever been to. The only locale that has fast counter service is the one located inside Mel's Petrocan on Granville Street in Summerside. That's my only "go-to spot if I'm looking for my "Tim's Fix".

They will 100% forget one of your items.It's like the insist on you ordering twice.Order 5 things ? Get 3Order 2 things ? Get one or doesn't matter what time of day you go they are always understocked and out of menu items. Doesn't carry sour cream glazed ever ? That's a classic menu item and you should be ashamed.Literally never going here againSave your money for a local coffee shop that isn't fun my uneducated minimum wage drones.

Roll up the Rim started today, I had my phone out with the app on and very visible to the cashier and she just took my cash out of my hand and gave me my change then said no can't do it you already paid, tell me next time before you pay. Out of luck. How rude!

Worst service I've ever received. The lady that waited on me was not only rude, she kept yelling at me the whole time. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the lady was the supervisor on duty. What a disappointment! Terrible place ever. Don't go there
