I stop by this Tim Hortons almost every morning, and I have to say the baker here does an amazing job. The bagels and croissants are always fresh, warm, and perfectly baked — you can really tell the difference when someone takes pride in their work. Everything looks neat and well-prepared in the display, and I never feel like I’m getting something old or rushed. It makes such a big difference starting the day with food that’s made with care. Thank you to the morning baker for the hard work and early mornings — it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed by customers like me!

The staff in the early mornings have always been respectful, fast, and great. Not saying anything about them. However, I have been going here for many years, and yesterday on Saturday was my last time coming by. The staff in the afternoon don't care to say thank you, you're welcome, they don't say anything at all, literally they pass you your food and drinks and say nothing, let alone somehow messing up my extremely simple coffee order on the regular. It seems like hey, get out of our face and head on off. No smile. No politeness. BRUTAL customer service. So yeah, my business? gone forever. If I was the manager or owner I'd be having a chat to the staff here real fast because I am also going to tell friends and family to stay away. Pathetic.

Everything from the coffee to the sandwiches and baked goods is fresh and consistently good. I’ve never had an issue with my order, and the atmosphere is relaxed — a nice place to sit for a bit or stop in between errands.
Clean, comfortable, and dependable — exactly what you’d hope for from a Tim Hortons.
Never greet you appropriately at the speaker. Never speak English at the window. Never please or thank you. It's embarrassing the owner should be ashamed of how bad this tims has gotten the last 2 years. Shameful experience i just drive to cole harbour. Better coffee and people and it feels like home vs some knock off foreign experience

It's very expensive for what it is. The proportions are tiny. There is almost only ultra-processed food. Difficult to reach by bus. (No pedestrian infrastructure).
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalks to get there by public transport are dilapidated and poorly laid out. Difficult to walk on foot, almost impossible in a wheelchair. The whole car is king. Armchair=car.
