I have to say, when it comes to taste, quality, service, customer care, food standards, and safety, this is truly the best team I’ve seen in Canada. The staff here go above and beyond—first greeting you warmly and then preparing your order perfectly. To top it off, Kim, in particular, is incredibly friendly and delivers outstanding customer service. I enjoy their iced coffee every single day, and if you live in Dartmouth, I’d highly recommend not going to any other Tim Hortons.

I went there to pick up my mobile order which wasn’t available for which I paid $5.80. And I told them to make me 2 medium iced coffee for which I’ll pay the difference. She was charging me almost $3.64 or something and trying to get extra. The staff was so unprofessional, even though I told them to pay difference they tried to take more out of it.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Tim Hortons. Despite being a loyal customer, the service I received today was unacceptable. The staff seemed disinterested and were slow to acknowledge my order and was so rude and disrespectful. When I received my coffee, it was not what I ordered. This lack of attention to detail and poor customer service has significantly impacted my view of Tim Hortons. I hope management takes note and invests in better training for their employees. To be specific this happened on august 15 at 6.38 pm.
