I get my coffee from this coffee shop once a week and the service is excellent. The food was hot and fresh. The coffee and ice cap were spot on. A little gem in Dartmouth.

This is my favorite Tim Hortons in Dartmouth! I know all the staff—they are always friendly, positive, and very attentive. Unfortunately, there’s no place to sit inside, but it’s convenient for takeout. I think they should expand this location so I can happily come here with my child during walks and enjoy a cup of coffee.
It’s also essential to add an accessibility button for people with disabilities, so it’s easier to enter with a stroller. But that’s more of a suggestion for the Tim Hortons management.

Thanks Pawan for making my dine in experience superb. One of my favourite tim Horton locations. The iced coffee’s and food which I always order is awesome. Your customer service skills and politeness is what every employee should adapt.

This Tim's is great service, very friendly for week day shift only. My 1 star for service goes to the weekend staff. Sat morning they (2 Indian girls) held the debit machine and my coffee close to window making it hard to reach for. Sunday morning heading to work the lady double charged me for a coffee.(she was also Indian) She told me my debit was declined so I had to pay cash. On way to work I checked my bank account and it went through. ?

I thought the old fashioned cinnamon/sugar twist had some cinnamon on it...like I remember,but no,there was barely even the fragrance of cinnamon ffs!!!I was not impressed.
