I find the staff very friendly and they get your order right!! Most times, not a long wait period. I find their coffee and baked goods to be extremely fresh, same as their sandwiches.
I have to say, when it comes to taste, quality, service, customer care, food standards, and safety, this is truly the best team I’ve seen in Canada. The staff here go above and beyond—first greeting you warmly and then preparing your order perfectly. To top it off, Kim, in particular, is incredibly friendly and delivers outstanding customer service. I enjoy their iced coffee every single day, and if you live in Dartmouth, I’d highly recommend not going to any other Tim Hortons.
I’d like to recognize manpreet virk for her outstanding service and positive attitude. Every time I visit this Tim Hortons they go above and beyond to make the experience pleasant. Great job, and thank you for making every visit a great one!
