I visited this Tim Hortons a few days ago with my child, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing.

When we approached the counter to order, the staff member at the counter walked away in the middle of a conversation with another employee. Even though we tried to call out, they either didn’t hear us or chose to ignore us. We had to stand there and wait until another employee came over.

Even if there was an issue that needed discussion with a coworker, the very least they could have done was say something like, “Please wait a moment.” Instead, there was no acknowledgment at all.

Sadly, it wasn’t just that one staff member. The overall customer service from the rest of the team felt equally unfriendly and dismissive. It left such a negative impression that I have no intention of coming back to this location again.

Can you please tell your employees my change is not immediately a tip. Gave one girl my money for a French vanilla, and she didn't ask me if I wanted my change back, just threw it in her tip cup and walked away with it. When I requested for it back, they were rude and laughing in the back of the store about it, extremely annoying and obnoxious behavior from a customers perspective. That money is always a customer's money unless they willingly give it to you as a tip. Doesn't matter how big or how little the amount of change, you should always ask. Not to mention I already tipped them while she was counting my change!! Won't be back simply due to the response from the employees regarding the situation.

I bought one veg and non veg bowls. Both are just horrible. They r cold and half in quantity ,
And if i talk about service.. guys if u don't like to do your job. Just resign .

Today i was thinking to try something new at tim hortons ..luckily i got a guy named pankaj, he recommended me some good donuts and Iced caramel toffee latte with oat milk with less ice and extra brown suger syrup. He made my day . Thanks tim hortons for having such a good staff 😊

I have become so annoyed with this place... yet again, my order got screwed up!! I ordered the chili combo... they forgot to give me the donut til I went back and they gave me coffee when I ordered tea... and the coffee is bitter as all get out!!! What is wrong with these people?!!!!!

It appears that some employees may lack a basic understanding of customer service principles at this branch. During our visit, while my wife and I were enjoying our drinks and snacks, one of the employees began sweeping and dusting directly under our table and near our legs. This action caused a significant amount of dust to be stirred up, which drifted toward our table. The employee seemed indifferent to the fact that we were seated there, and there was a clear disregard for the potential contamination of our food. This behavior not only disrupted our experience but also raised concerns about hygiene standards.
