I visited this Tim Hortons today at around 5:40 AM, and once again the customer service was extremely disappointing. The two ladies working at the counter were very rude—especially the one who took my order. Her attitude was unprofessional from the moment I approached the drive thru. I ordered omelette bites and even confirmed my order, but they didn’t charge me for them at first and then after paying all I got was burnt omelette bites. This is not the first time customer service here has been poor, but this morning was the worst experience so far. The manager seriously needs to retrain the staff, because the way they are speaking to customers and handling orders is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience
