I frequent this Tim Hortons on a daily basis. I was there two days ago. The server that took my order, did not wash her hands after ringing me in. She proceeded to prepare my coffee while holding the cup from the top instead of the bottom, her fingers went into my coffee while preparing it. I was totally disgusted, I refused the coffee and I will NOT be returning to ANY Tim's. You have lost a very loyal Tim's customer. Thank you

2nd 1 star in 6 months, was pushed out of drive through because my order couldn't be refunded when I was charged for something i didn't order just for me to have to come back days later to get my refunded because it wasn't done properly the first time when I was TOLD THAT IT HAD BEEN REFUNDED, good job I checked my bank statement, terrible location coffee is always burnt and old do yourself a favor and go to the other Tim's down the street your pick

I get food here all the time before and after school. But any parking tickets to students should be sent to NSCC , it’s not our fault the school doesn’t provide enough parking for the amount of students they bring in.
