Sugar is ALWAYS sitting on the bottom of the cup. They don’t stir it, and it’s not just once every now and again, every time I go it’s the same. I don’t want to be that person to ask them to stir it in front of me but I might have to be. ?

Ordered jalapeno pastry at drive thru, we pay and afterwards the staff said that they dont have the pastry, payed $6 and gave us a substitution of 2 pcs donut.

Ordered a simply sausage on a 4 cheese and second 4 cheese with just butter. The person making sandwiches needs too pay attention too what she's doing because the simply sausage got both tops (missing cheddar cheese slice) and gave the bagel with just butter both the bottoms too both bagels... everyday there's an issue with the food orders made there. Done wasting my money there

Orderd 2 bagels witn cream cheese and theres only cream cheese on one side, Employees are pretty cheap when it comes to making bagels and wraps now a days.
been there ordering before school and this is what they call a "Farmers wrap" the thing is smaller than my hand and whenever I go to other Tim hortons this is not what their farmers wraps are like at all.

Worst tims in Nova Scotia I order alot from tims and never have I had to order a sandwich waited 30 mins! for them to say they dont have it and then gave me a refund and shown me the door, will not be going back, employees standing not working as a team and when asked why this was the manger said we are low staff missing 3 people... this store should review as there is no customer service.

This is honestly one of the best Tim Hortons I've been to for service, they are FAST even when it's insanely busy the waits are short lived!The staff are all pleasant but not very talkative ( which isn't a bad thing as they are focused on their work)I drive past the fall River Tim Hortons daily (first thing in the morning ) and I don't bother stopping for coffee there as it's the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too lol and once I get in the Highfield area this Tim's is the first place I stop!

They should honestly just close at night the service and food that they put out is absolutely atrocious and should be audited. I work varying hours of the night and it's the Tim hortons on my drive and 2 out of the 5 times and I work that I've visited I'm able to order because I wait so long in the drive-through with no cars ahead of me so some prissy guy on the inside can walk around looking confused
