I've been to alot of tim horton locations through HRM and this location in particular was one of the most efficient I've seen in a long time. Staff were super friendly and not to mention helpful with my app which I couldn't quite figure out. I'll be coming back to this restaurant in the future I'd highly recommend 275 baker drive, my breakfast was as fantastic as the crew, keep up the awesome job you all do. Thank you.

I have been a regular at this location for the last 2 years, the staff are always friendly and positive, they know my order as soon as I open my mouth at the speaker, the drive thru is always quick and efficient. Love this location the most between Halifax and Dartmouth!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for casual dining in. I have been to many Tim's locations throughout travelling in Eastern Canada (and even the US) and I have never had a more friendly experience as I have at Baker Drive. The service is great and you are not waiting long for your order. In comparison to other stores, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The employees here are so kind, there are a few that are incredibly kind and helpful, and it’s a pleasure going there to grab a tea!
Parking: There are a lot of parking spaces, the drive through is fast and there are two order speakers at this Tim Hortons.
For the longest time, this was the location I chose. But not anymore.... three days in a row, Ive ordered Tea with milk through Drive thru, each time Ive got coffee with cream. I shouldnt have to make two trips for the same drink.

Absolute embarrassing service from this location. Spoke down to me and my grandfather, got mad at us for not knowing they were closing, even though we were happy to order something else when the lady rudely told us they couldn’t fulfil our order, only to serve the gentlemen behind us exactly what we had asked for. The lady at the cash needs a wake up call - do not be rude to customers like that. Way better to go absolutely anywhere else and avoid this woman at all costs. Hopefully management can adjust the attitude of employees after the renovations.
I asked for a chicken warp, it was dead cold, no sauce in it. I don’t know what they are making. Tim Hortons standards are really going down.

Neighbor grabbed me a mocha latte . He handed it to me and said it felt light i openen it. It is less than half full with wipped cream???? I dont even like that. Im not supposed to have that much sugar. I drink caffeine for migraines only. I am sick of coffee all the time and wanted something different. When this happens i always get mocha latte from portland street. Never any wipped cream and always full. Neighbor always gets it. He cannot take this back he has to work. Seen others post pic. This isnt giving me the option. I have a picture if someone gets back to me i can email it. It is obviouse i hadnt taken even a sip the wipped cream is fully intact. And u see mostly empty cup
