I often visit here. Everybody is so nice. I always skip many times hortons on my way just to visit this location. The manager is so nice and friendly too over there, mostly she served me all the time on drive thru lane. She is always in a great and positive attitude. And they make my drink perfect all the time. I just love them.

This Tom Horton's has the best customer service of any coffee shop in the city. I come here I at least 3 timed a day. I often go out of my way to come to this Tim's over other closer coffee shops. I always am glad to see Inder, Raj, Stephen, and Kamal, who go out of there way to be nice to me. If every tim hortons had staff like them I bet the corporation would double it's profits..
I come here often and have never been dissatisfied. The staff are amazing, I'm always greeted with a smile. The morning manager is so kind. The short coffee maker always makes my coffee better than anywhere else. The other ladies are very very kind. And the gentleman in the evening is always so friendly and makes a good coffee. My favorite Tim's.
