Tim Hortons is my go to store for hot beverages in Mic Mac mall. Lately I noticed that the Indians girls over there are not greeting or not even smiling at the others. I noticed this for a while, I feel really bad when people being treated like this. I always smile at the people in the cash or while preparing my order, all I get back is a face with a lot of hatred. Totally confused with their behavior. All I need is just a smile and small acknowledgement. Just a note, I'm not blaming all the associates, the Indian guy over there is always very welcoming but the Indian girls are not always welcoming(They totally hate their jobs) My friends felt in the same way too. This brings hesitation to order something from Tim Hortons.Just want to bring the owners attention.Not to hurt anyone! Just a review for the betterment of service.Food is a service and customers are paying for it, show some service please.

I made a mobile order from mobile and my order showed 9407 but the order they received shows 9408. The staff Muskan is fighting with me like it is my mistake and she is not willing to server my order.
If she had any bit of intelligence then could understand the situation. What is the probability that a account having same name and same amount would be the very next order.
She is saying what would she do if this next person comes and also saying that she is using same app. If she is so well-versed with the app then should have known the apps problem. Like it is customer's problem that their app generated wrong number.
Instead of apologizing she is fighting with me.
All this is happening when I didn't receive my order even after 10 to 15mins. Where is her next customer then?

They were having some issues finding my pick up order, I was willing to wait but they refused to make it. I also expressed to them that if what I ordered wasn’t available at that point I can take something else which would be fair, but they refused to do anything to make it right citing they have “too many orders“ to care about one individual customer. In the end they took my payment but didn’t provide food or solutions. Will be avoiding this location in the future and suggesting everyone to do the same.

I just have to say that the current staff at this location has got to be the most friendly, patient and efficient group I’ve ever encountered at a Tim Hortons!! I can’t imagine how difficult it must be at a food court location in a mall - there’s often a big line and customers are rushing and impatient. I’ve gone to this one for years, as well as all the others, but the present staff at this one are outstanding. I seem to often see two girls in particular: LOVEPREET 🥰 and MUSKAN 😍 (I asked their names). They treat customers - especially regulars (and there are many of those in a mall) like friends in a small village cafe and are always so happy, positive and accommodating. In a world where so many service staff and customers appear frustrated and depressed, seeing two girls this happy despite working such a hard job is SO inspiring! They always remember what I like ordering and and are always so welcoming and positive. On a day I was feeling stressed and down, the incredible smile from Lovespreet and how kind and happy she was just get me my silly coffee and bagel with cream cheese on the side —- totally changed my mood for the day. Her smile is like seeing the sun come out from behind a cloud.

Literally the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever had. I ordered two wraps and asked them to be extra grilled instead of correct the mistake the person who cooked the food she is like arguing with me. I won’t recommend anyone to have food at this Tim’s.

Ordered a cilantro lime chicken wrap, they wanted me to wait for 5 minutes because they were out of rice which they could have let me know before placing the order, the lady who took the order told me that she is gonna call me when its done, waited for 20 minutes for this wrap looking like a flatbread.
There is no survey code along with the bill . The man 6 feet tall with flatted head I asked him for survey code and I waited for 5 min . I think i have wasted my 5 min Worst experience

Your staff need to pay more attention to there costumers in stead of chatting with there friends. While getting a simple coffee the India girl taking my order manage to make it and give it to her friend on the other side of the counter. When she realized what she did she took it from her friend and hands it to me, I asked her if she was sure it was mine and what I ordered she continued to talk to her friend in her language and ignored me.

I like the whole gang who work Mic Mac location, they do what they can, doing what they've been taught from the corporation standards, and most come from a different country. Many customers don't think about that, ... Just please update your website's time of opening and closing. Thanks.

Ordered a cilantro lime salad bowl. It was lacking cilantro and lime. When I went back to the counter to say there was no longer or cilantro, she said the sauce was extra. The rice in this meal was over cooked and mush. The chicken was dry. It may have tasted better of they would have put enough sauce on to taste but again; non existent. The bits of white in the photos represent the cilantro lime?
