Didn't have any donuts. Difficult to make understand what we wanted.... any doughty with filling inside. Weren't fussy about the type of filling. Told they don't make that.

The second lane is always closed and wait times are too long, especially with the weird parking lot access (drive thru traffic coming from two directions).

Very poor service. Often workers are chatting, & ignoring customers waiting for service. 3 times out of 5 , at least a 5 minute wait just to acknowledged. Then asked to wait some more. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Got home to find out they got my order wrong. Not sure what’s up with Tim Hortons now a days, it’s not safe to leave the drive through without checking and opening everything to make sure it’s right. Sucks I just wasted my money.

I wanted to redeem a coffee with my breakfast, and the employees are supposed to let you know if the discount kicked in or not. I asked the guy at the window if the deal took effect and he looked like he didn't understand me and almost hit cancel on the debit machine. I asked him "I am trying to redeem a coffee, did it kick in?" He looked at me dumbfounded and I repeated myself and said "did the discount work?" He said in a short tone that "the coffee is free". When he handed me the food I said thank you and he just looked at my with a sort of disdainful look. I told him the attitude wasn't needed and drove off. I get that its hard to find good employees after the pandemic, but its that kind of service that makes me never want to visit a restaurant. Apparently it was enough to come online and give the place a nasty review too. The guy works there pretty much every day.

Has entered one of the worst locations due to the people that now work this location. The east Indian people need to be fired as they do not understand nor respect our living style. They are extremely rude and talk to customers however they feel. This is not good business, never has been. 0.3/10 #

They’re fast, but this morning I got a small cappuccino in a medium cup instead of the medium I paid for. Kind of sucks when you’re on a budget. If I wanted a small, I would have gotten one. :(Edit: Just took a sip, it is not a cappuccino at all. It’s a black coffee with foam.Dang.
