I’m writing to formally file a complaint about the extremely poor customer service I experienced at your drive-thru on June 26th, 2025, at approximately 11:08 PM.
I ordered a honey lemon tea and Timbits. When I reached the window, there were no greetings or basic courtesy. The staff member simply said, “4.37.” I politely said, “Excuse me, sorry, how much?” and she yelled the price at me. I was shocked and asked her, “Why are you yelling at me?” Instead of clarifying or calming the situation, she became even more rude and aggressive.
Her attitude was completely uncalled for — she held the tea and Timbits in her hand and sarcastically asked, “Do you want it?” My girlfriend, who was with me, then asked for the employee’s name and requested to speak to a manager. The staff member refused to give her name and said, “You can come in on Monday to talk to the manager.
We are extremely disappointed by this disrespectful behavior. We believe no customer should be treated this way. You can confirm everything via the drive-thru camera and audio system, as this occurred precisely at 11:08 PM.
Please investigate this incident and let us know what actions will be taken. We hope Tim Hortons holds its staff to a higher standard of professionalism.

i visited last night at 84 main street at 12am i placed order for two medium iced coffee with no ice the iced coffee were warmed but if we ordered iced coffee without ice that doesn’t mean it would be warm even the drink was below third line …. I also worked in tim so i know how it works.

I recently visited this cafe and felt that there are areas they could work on. There was a noticeable smell in the space that was stronger than the coffee, which affected the overall atmosphere. Additionally, the staff seemed preoccupied with conversations rather than assisting customers, leading to longer wait times. Please tell your Indian employee's to take a bath

I order Tim Hortans almost daily I've been to many locations and even worked at a couple in the past. This Tim Hortons is the absolute worst. I have had to start asking for extra cream cheese because they hardly put any on. I'm paying for the Cream cheese plus extra and end up with with maybe a half of a teaspoon smeared on one half of my bagel... its depressing.
