I often go to the Tim Hortons on Main St in Dartmouth for lunch because I typically ask to have several things left off my sandwich, and unlike most of the other Timmy's I've been to, the drive through team always makes my sandwich perfectly and quickly. It's excellent service.

Worst service ever …..every midnight before work i go there and order Dark Roast coffee50% of times they don’t have dark roast readyand other 50% of time they just give me Regular coffee instead of Dark Roastthey think customers are fools and we don’t know difference b/w regular and Dark Roast coffeeenough is enoughit’s happening since last 3-4 weeks

Around 9:20pm. The girl who was taking order and serving at window, was extremely rude. Went there just twice every time worst service ever. The chicken wasn’t fresh at all. They need to learn at least don’t make their customer’s BAD day by giving them bad services.

This Tim Hortons has absolutely terrible service, with a morning staff that can't figure out a single order. They charged for a coffee and a donut, I waited, and then they argued back and forth and ran back and forth trying to find the order, and then finally saying I didn't make the order, AFTER they charged my card for it. After nearly 20 minutes I couldn't wait anymore and left, having to go to work.If you go here, avoid going in the morning. They'll gladly take your money, but don't be surprised if you don't get a coffee.
