These ladies make this Tim Hortons the BEST in HRM!! Cleanliness, friendliness, quality of their food is 10/5, I usually hate Tims but these ladies carry on the legacy of the Tim Hortons from 20 years ago.

So tired of the inconsistency at this location. I’ve spoke with the managers before about SEVERAL mutilated bagels and it keeps happening. Super frustrating when you ask for a double toasted bagel and one side is super thin and the other side super thick. Staff need training

Service is quicker than we expected on mobile order. Tim hack - we pulled in only to see a long lineup for drive-through. Long lineup before the counter as well which tells us they have good business and food shall be good. We decided to order over their mobile app and within 10 minutes, the order is ready for pickup. A bit impressed!

Very Disgusting service. Don't go there if you are vegetarians or vegans. They served me a chicken wrap when I ordered "A VEGGIE WRAP, THE HERBENARO VEGGIE WRAP WITH HASH BROWN INSIDE"
They replaced it and never said sorry. I mean not even a sorry? Is that this hard?? And thinking of it it was too hard to make a veggie wrap and correct the error so that not even a sorry was spoken?
Thank god I didn't get into any serious situation and die because of allergies.
Anyone who's reading this where can I sue them?

It was truly the worst customer service I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. I was there Friday evening and again Sunday. Zero customer service skills. I was handed three hot drinks, and eyes were rolled when I asked for a tray. I had to ask twice for someone to make my bagel that I had already paid for. I've never had terrible service like this, and they were not even busy.

Usual Tim's place. Recently 2034 10 8 the WiFi at this location seems quite slow. Even with relatively few people in the shop using it.
I go through the drive thru at this location often and every time I am met with cheerful, friendly and kind staff. This is nice to see as this not as common these days. Love going to this location.

The staff that has been here for years are epic, there is a happy bubbly girl on the morning radio and she is epic, one of the supervisors is also very friendly. The newer staff have difficulty understanding and make it frustrating.
The team always helps me get the double toasting completed, and now they recognize me and I get what I ask for ??
