Good Tim Hortons to be at. Usually I go in the morning, and it’s a bit crowded, but I order in the app anyways.

Sometimes the wait times are a bit longer, but like I mentioned, I usually go at 8am, and there’s plenty of people getting their morning coffees, the wait makes sense. The staff are usually very nice about the wait, and apologize as well.

I also got two of those Too Good to Go boxes (as imaged below), and it was very good.

I enjoy getting my Tim’s when I’m on my way to work, I really like the welcome from Rochelle, she starts my day off positive. If I’m talking to business associates on the phone while I’m at the drive-through, they always comment on what a cute voice she has.
And Monica always has her happy morning smile for me, no matter how busy or how bad the weather. I often go out of my way to go to this Tim Hortons. They are like my Tim Hortons family.

Last week, I was there to buy coffee and donuts while saw the baker Nikki dipping donuts in chocolate without gloves 😢. I swear to god, I will never buy any donut from this TIM hortons

One of the worst Tim’s I have never been to, if I could have had an option to not rate this I would have not even given this one star, literally the people there are not being nice to others and the management is not doing a good job, the other day I’ve Ben here and ordered a drink and they completely messed up my order and it’s not the first time , my friends says the same thing like don’t go to that Tim’s it’s the worst.

These ladies make this Tim Hortons the BEST in HRM!! Cleanliness, friendliness, quality of their food is 10/5, I usually hate Tims but these ladies carry on the legacy of the Tim Hortons from 20 years ago.

So tired of the inconsistency at this location. I’ve spoke with the managers before about SEVERAL mutilated bagels and it keeps happening. Super frustrating when you ask for a double toasted bagel and one side is super thin and the other side super thick. Staff need training

Service is quicker than we expected on mobile order. Tim hack - we pulled in only to see a long lineup for drive-through. Long lineup before the counter as well which tells us they have good business and food shall be good. We decided to order over their mobile app and within 10 minutes, the order is ready for pickup. A bit impressed!
