As an another review said the lady at the cashier in the morning is lovely, kind and respectful(the old white lady), I accidentally ordered at another Tims and she worked everything out for me and had me gone with my food in a few minutes, sole reason for my review the rest is whatever

I ordered cappuccino today around 12:15pm but they served me regular coffee instead then i call them back to let them know that i got wrong order, supervisor told me to come back to get another one, then again I visited this evening, lady said she donot know about this i cannot replace it for you. Worst staff and service.

I love going to this Tim Hortons. There food and baked goods are always fresh and tasty. The staff is very patient. A girl named sandeep is very sweet and helpful. Best staff i have ever seen.

Went this morning, ordered a tea and a Ryan Reynolds box with no sauce. Was asked to pull behind the store as the box would take extra time - parked in spot - server comes out goes to my passenger side window knocks and stands there.... just me in car I motioned for her to come to my side as i can not reach over the passenger seat and she shot me the dirtiest look and pretty well threw the box at me and didn't say a word - WORST PART when i got to work my box was covered in the sauce that i ASKED not to be on... $6 bucks down the drain as i had to throw it out. Not a happy Tim's customer today

I Ask for no bacon in my sandwich because I don’t eat bacon. This is so ridiculous that the order said no bacon specifically and i got bacon on it a $9 sandwich which is prohibited eliminated as I am Muslim. Very disappointing.

Had Coffee, Wrap and Donut in the morning. Wrap was hot, properly grilled and tasty. Coffee was great too. And I have never eaten so soft Honey cruller in my life. I wish all Tims become the same. Good job everyone.
