Today my experience was so bad the girl who was taking order was in rush even the drive through was not busy at all.I did not even finished my order and she said drive up .And then she charged me for something else.

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons location! The staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. My coffee was hot and perfectly made, and the breakfast sandwich was fresh and delicious. The service was quick, even though there were a few people ahead of me in line. The store was clean and well-organized. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons in the area — I’ll be back for sure!

there is one lady working over there in early morning shift one day i get coffee from her they way she serve make my day whole day till my shift ends because i feel positive aura around me from that point of time to till night i don’t know the name but she work over there in morning

Went through the drive thru. Got my order and was missing my breakfast sandwich..now I got a 20 min drive if I want to get it..wonderful...check the dam bag before it goes out the window, I'll be going to another store from. Now on. I spend 25 bucks a day....every day.

There were at least 10 staff members and no other customers waiting for orders. 2 of us went in and stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes while the Indian staff all stood nearby talking and laughing while doing no work, 3 of them walked right past us and saw us standing and kept walking over to join the others. We left after being ignored and went elsewhere. The staff need some serious lessons in customer service.
