I really appreciate everyone here for good service but cinedra.. sorry if i spell it wrong but yes this girl make really good tea and she stir it well which make the tea 200% more tasty and she greet every customer with happy face…🫶thanku

I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at your drive-through on Monday, September 29, 2025 around 6:00 PM.

I was waiting in the queue for almost five minutes, and the line was moving very slowly. When I reached the order speaker, it was off and not working. I tried saying “hello” multiple times, but there was no response. I assumed the orders were being taken directly at the window.

When I reached the drive-through window, the girl who was standing there delivering the food immediately asked me for $4 without even taking my order. I explained that I had been trying to order at the speaker but it was not working, and that I only needed a coffee. Instead of assisting me, she was very unprofessional and rudely told me to go back and join the line again, even though I had already waited so long.

When I expressed my frustration, she simply said, “I don’t care.” On top of this, I noticed the staff were talking in their mother tongue while on duty. I do not mind what language people speak personally, but in a customer service role it comes across as unprofessional when customers cannot understand what is being said.

This experience left me feeling very disrespected, and I left without placing my order. Customers should always be treated with courtesy, and staff should remain professional, especially when there are technical issues such as a broken speaker.

I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed properly so that no other customer has to go through the same experience.

All I can say is wow, waited 15 minutes to order, and then the line was cleared before even got my food. Not acceptable, then watched the girl throw a order of pizza at a customer.

I would give 0 stars if I could I asked for a chili large with no cheese the lady gave me a small chili with cheese and I asked for ice cap made with oat milk gave me normal milk im lactose intolerant this was the worst experience ever

Inclusion Nova Scotia recently had the pleasure of experiencing the catering service provided by Tim Hortons at Highfield Park, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish!

The catering team at Tim Hortons Highfield went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our event. From the very first interaction, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They worked with us to create a menu that would appeal to all of our guests, and the execution was flawless.

The food itself was exceptional. The assortment of freshly brewed coffee and signature Tim Hortons beverages was a huge hit with everyone, providing the perfect pick-me-up for the crowd. Their baked goods—ranging from buttery croissants to perfectly iced donuts—were incredibly fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The sandwich platters, featuring a mix of deli meats, cheeses, and fresh veggies, were a crowd favorite, with each bite satisfying and filling. The balance of sweet and savory options made sure there was something for everyone, and the quality of the ingredients truly stood out.

What impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The presentation was neat, organized, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy for guests to help themselves while still maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. The catering team ensured that everything was replenished promptly, keeping the food fresh and accessible throughout the event.

Overall, the Tim Hortons catering service at Highfield Park was absolutely top-notch. The quality of the food, the variety offered, and the excellent service made the event memorable for all the right reasons. I have been going to Highfield Park Tim's since 1991 and have never had my orders messed up as much as they have been in the last year !! I spend hundreds of dollars per month here. I find the service is great for me personally, but I have had some bad service. On numerous occasions, I have gotten wrong orders in the last year through the drive thru. ( you know ,, I ask for "tea" and get "coffee " or i will get "sugar" in my tea when all i ask for is "milk" in it. Is it because there is no sound wall opposite the drivethru speaker?? Or Is it because they sound so much alike ??!! ) Tonight takes the prize !! Two "teas" with two "milk" and get , One "tea" with two "milk" and One "tea" with two "milk" plus " "COFFEE" !!!! FOR ADDED TASTE BUD STIMULATION !!!! Thanks Tim's!!

Just left there after ordering a bacon farmer's breakfast wrap and I asked for sauce on the side. Now home ready to eat the wrap. And of course no damn sauce. Sauce on the side means.Give me the sauce in the bag.

Update. When I finally had a chance to tell them I didn't have the sauce. They laughed. I paid for the sauce.I should have the sauce. You guys suck.

I've arrived at three different times through the night to get a pizza in the last 2 weeks and was told each time the pizza oven was "down for cleaning", lastnight it was at 12:30am, the time before 2:30 a.m., and the time before that around 3:00 a.m. for something that's supposed to be available till 4:00 a.m.!!!
