Inclusion Nova Scotia recently had the pleasure of experiencing the catering service provided by Tim Hortons at Highfield Park, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish!
The catering team at Tim Hortons Highfield went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for our event. From the very first interaction, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They worked with us to create a menu that would appeal to all of our guests, and the execution was flawless.
The food itself was exceptional. The assortment of freshly brewed coffee and signature Tim Hortons beverages was a huge hit with everyone, providing the perfect pick-me-up for the crowd. Their baked goods—ranging from buttery croissants to perfectly iced donuts—were incredibly fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The sandwich platters, featuring a mix of deli meats, cheeses, and fresh veggies, were a crowd favorite, with each bite satisfying and filling. The balance of sweet and savory options made sure there was something for everyone, and the quality of the ingredients truly stood out.

I have been going to Highfield Park Tim's since 1991 and have never had my orders messed up as much as they have been in the last year !! I spend hundreds of dollars per month here. I find the service is great for me personally, but I have had some bad service. On numerous occasions, I have gotten wrong orders in the last year through the drive thru. ( you know ,, I ask for "tea" and get "coffee " or i will get "sugar" in my tea when all i ask for is "milk" in it. Is it because there is no sound wall opposite the drivethru speaker?? Or Is it because they sound so much alike ??!! ) Tonight takes the prize !! Two "teas" with two "milk" and get , One "tea" with two "milk" and One "tea" with two "milk" plus " "COFFEE" !!!! FOR ADDED TASTE BUD STIMULATION !!!! Thanks Tim's!!

Just left there after ordering a bacon farmer's breakfast wrap and I asked for sauce on the side. Now home ready to eat the wrap. And of course no damn sauce. Sauce on the side means.Give me the sauce in the bag.
Update. When I finally had a chance to tell them I didn't have the sauce. They laughed. I paid for the sauce.I should have the sauce. You guys suck.

I've arrived at three different times through the night to get a pizza in the last 2 weeks and was told each time the pizza oven was "down for cleaning", lastnight it was at 12:30am, the time before 2:30 a.m., and the time before that around 3:00 a.m. for something that's supposed to be available till 4:00 a.m.!!!

Faith always goes above and beyond. She's very fast and accurate.

If I could give zero Stars I would today Tim Hortons officially lost a lifetime customer. You get rid of the steak and egg sandwich and the only way to get it is to turn into a $10 sandwich, you don't give 10 bits to dogs anymore something that was a tradition at Tim Hortons and you don't serve breakfast past 4:00 your competitors do why would I come here. Tim Hortons is no longer Canadian and has lost its soul. I say that proudly

Slowest Tim’s ever regardless of the time you come in unless it’s drive thru. Usually 5+ people working the front line and can’t do more than 1 order every 3 minutes. SMU Tim’s handles 150+ students in 15 minutes with 5 staff across the whole store (baking, the hot food, coffee, mobile orders, everything). But it takes me 15 min to get a coffee with 3 people in front of me, just makes no sense. And no one smiles anymore. I get the job sucks but you chose it. Only reason I don’t get Starbucks is because I can’t afford it lol

I have a feeling the weekend/evening staff down here really doesn’t care about the customers. They never ever make my tea right and often I have to tell them at the window what it was supposed to be. why put it in the computer right and then get it wrong anyway? it’s so frustrating to feel like I need to travel further to get quality items.
We went there at 7 pm on Sunday to get coffee, but we got treated so badly, the four Indian girls were making fun of us even though they don’t know how to speak, their way of taking was so rude and arrogant. I would say these people make Tim Hortons bullshit. I am requesting HR don’t hire unprofessional people or trained them if you guys are tired and don’t know how to work then stay home don’t ruin someone else day please and thank you. I really felt so bad the way their were showing attitude and closed the window on our face while we were taking so nicely and patiently.

If I could rate service as a 0 I would. They hire ignorant people with no people skills and they are rude, they get your order wrong and they say “what” when they can’t hear you. Most of them don’t speak English so they give you what they want and have an attitude as if we owe them something as customers. Just rude people with no class. As with most Tim hortons lately.
