One of the worst Tim's in the city!!! Customer service is awful the food is awful never prepared correctly coffee is hit and miss it tastes different from the morning to the afternoon, afternoon coffee tastes like dirty dish water. Not sure why I keep bothering

I work in the area and stop by everyday in the morning. The experience is fine, the drive through is quick and the food is typically correct.
There is one employee at the store who works on the drive through intercom each morning who is so rude and blunt each morning that it is so shocking (yes, shocking even though it happens every day) that I can't help but giggle. It is abrasive and continuous.

The food was prepared to perfection, and the service was quick and friendly. Keep up the great work! Very disappointing experience. We pre-ordered food online, but when we arrived, there was no food left for us. As I tried to figure out how to get a refund through the app, the staff laughed and spoke to each other in their own language, which felt really disrespectful.

So this morning i ordered Jalapeno bagel extra grilled with extra butter even i repeated it on drive thru but they made it toasted and then i asked them to remake it and then thin indian girl asked me to park the car at the front very rudely and then she sent one guy to provide my bagel i did not checked back again because i thought they have changed it already but when i reached to my office and checked she grilled the same toasted bagel which was awful. Nonsense !! I don't get it why those people works when they actually dont want to do their jobs 🤯
