It was my worst experience in tom hortons ever had, they screwed up my wrap as all the ingredients were coming out of wrap and the girl on drive thru was so rude. They didn’t know what the customer service is.

Today is third time i bought a steeped tea (double double) which is not as hot as i should be. Today even same thing while doing order i said make sure it should be hot, but still same thing. Never want to go there.

In the morning, I went there for the iced coffee and the white girl on the counter is very nice person. She talked with me very polite way and gave the best service to us. This is the best Tim Hortons in the city.

They never ever have the stock that they need. Would you like an ice cap? Too bad don’t have any. Do you want to order a farmers wrap? Well, they don’t have hashbrowns or they don’t have the wrap, etc… Would you would like an iced coffee? Sorry- they don’t have any. Would you like to order ahead on their mobile Tim’s app? Sounds like a great idea right? However don’t think you’re skipping the line because once you get there and you stand at the pick up area they still don’t come to you, so you have to turn around and stand in line and wait for your order anyways. This place really needs new management and revamp in their system !!

This is my first time ever writing a negative review. And it's a long one.

Went through the drive thru on Saturday around 11am for breakfast. It was quiet, a few patrons in the parking lot but the drive thru was empty. Got asked to repeat the order for a "red-eye iced coffee" several times, they asked again if we wanted vanilla or red-eye. Those words don't sound alike, but benefit of the doubt I slowed it down just in case it was loud in the store and said "red... Eye... Iced coffee please".

Got to the window and got half our order, and then we were asked to wait out front for the rest. Tim's isn't supposed to do that, and there were no other cars in the drive thru behind us. Employees have to maintain drive thru times, I worked there for years and know that by asking us to wait out front (against policy) they are essentially making it look like they got our order out to us in 30 seconds on paper, instead of the 5 minutes we actually waited for a simply sausage and a farmers wrap.

And to top it all off, it took TWO employees to carry our single bag of food out to us, and then one worker purposefully locked the other out of the store. So here we are, window down, facing the store, watching this super awkward prank play out.

We get out of there before the employee is let back into the store, and guess what... Vanilla iced coffee.

This was the least professional fast food experience I've ever had. The staff weren't doing their jobs properly for any portion of the process. Order was taken wrong despite several attempts to fix it, whoever is running sandwich bar and baking failed to keep enough breakfast on hand which caused our wait, they broke policy by making us wait out front so management can't see how long it actually takes them to complete orders, and they're pranking each other on the clock in front of customers.

I used to frequent this location 2 years ago when working in Burnside, and I'm shocked at how much the quality of service has dropped. Do better.

ne 15,2024 (19:05). It was very disappointing that the girl who was working on drive thru was very rude and didn’t take the whole order and was ignoring. After reordering on the window she was making us feel that it was a customer’s fault even there was no one in the drive thru and in the store.I cancel the whole order just because of the worse customer service experience today.

Stop hiring people to work the drive through that don’t speak English!!!! I have made the same order for a week straight and not once was it made right.Today I told them EXTRA butter, said it 12 times so they got it, and I still got a dry dessert, with no butter.Please hire Canadian citizens and not part time students this is ridiculous.
