The people will over charge you give you food not finished being made or not made right at all! Was charged 26 last week for the 3 dollar deal for coffee an a sandwich and was told the sandwich I ordered wasn't on the deal but is in the drive though shown on screen that it is. Place is a joke staff as well! Don't waste your time or money drive down to windmill!

Just watched somebody come up and complain to the manager about their order always being wrong. The manager was very combative and once the customer left, the manager started talking about the situation to her employees and they were all laughing about it. They’re unprofessional.

I come here every morning before work and the staff here at Tim's are really helpful and nice to me and other people that came in to get there food
One of the worst Tim's in the city!!! Customer service is awful the food is awful never prepared correctly coffee is hit and miss it tastes different from the morning to the afternoon, afternoon coffee tastes like dirty dish water. Not sure why I keep bothering

I work in the area and stop by everyday in the morning. The experience is fine, the drive through is quick and the food is typically correct.
There is one employee at the store who works on the drive through intercom each morning who is so rude and blunt each morning that it is so shocking (yes, shocking even though it happens every day) that I can't help but giggle. It is abrasive and continuous.
