I everyday visit the Tim Hortons at this location and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of my breakfast sandwich.The coffee is rich and flavorful. The food was prepared to perfection, and the service was quick and friendly. Keep up the great work! Very disappointing experience. We pre-ordered food online, but when we arrived, there was no food left for us. As I tried to figure out how to get a refund through the app, the staff laughed and spoke to each other in their own language, which felt really disrespectful.

So this morning i ordered Jalapeno bagel extra grilled with extra butter even i repeated it on drive thru but they made it toasted and then i asked them to remake it and then thin indian girl asked me to park the car at the front very rudely and then she sent one guy to provide my bagel i did not checked back again because i thought they have changed it already but when i reached to my office and checked she grilled the same toasted bagel which was awful. Nonsense !! I don't get it why those people works when they actually dont want to do their jobs 🤯

It was my worst experience in tom hortons ever had, they screwed up my wrap as all the ingredients were coming out of wrap and the girl on drive thru was so rude. They didn’t know what the customer service is.

Today is third time i bought a steeped tea (double double) which is not as hot as i should be. Today even same thing while doing order i said make sure it should be hot, but still same thing. Never want to go there.
