Decaf coffee was fresh as were the hashbrowns. My table was clean and the staff were friendly.
Parking: Parking that is not in the way of the drive thru.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of booths which are comfortable for kids to sit in.

I wanted to give Ginger and her team a 5 star review. I tried to do a survey but it wouldn’t allow me to complete it. I have been coming to this location for the past 15 years almost daily and most of the staff have been top notch especially the long term staff like Ginger and the other Lovley ladies. Service has been consistently exceptional and friendly all the time. Ginger really cares about her customers often asking about my family, work etc. well done!

Meh is the best way to describe this location. The drive-through is slow and those on the food prep seem to always be the slowest, but my buddy always comes back here because he has a huge crush on Melanie, so five stars for the service!

The only two times I have stopped here they are out of everything I want to order. No buns so they offer to make my sandwich into a wrap. I only get 1 small slice of roast beef and 1 slice of cheese. The wrap was Soo tiny that now I am starving! For $6.99 it should be filling not some tiny snack. So disappointing, the sandwichesvused to be Soo good and filling, but not it's a joke.

Hard to communicate, disastrous food and they serve 1 in person customer for each 3-4 cars. Recommended to drive through and sit in if you're stretched for time.
Picture speaks for itself, it's quite a shame they charge $5 for a sandwich that straight up looks gross. Not going to enjoy this one very much.

I’ve been a food and beverage manager for many years. It appalls me and the lack of organization in this store. There’s maybe 3 employees who are actually nice to deal with. The manager, and yes I know which one she is always has a scowl on her face. The staff walk around like they have no idea what they’re doing. The drive thru doesn’t get most of the attention it gets all the attention. Not acceptable. I was in there recently getting a coffee for my husband and one guy was walking back and forth until I finally said can you take my order please. He looked startled and said ok.I’m not trying to compare as they are 2 different companies but one thing that can be said about Starbucks staff is they are trained to at least acknowledge guests when they come in. How nice would that be. You can busy and still let the people know you’ve seen them and will be with them as soon as possible.

Why does it take over 10 minutes to get a coffee on the weekend? I stood in line with nobody ahead of me and left after about 10 minutes. None of the workers greeted me and there was no urgency behind any of them. I wonder how many sales they lose because of this. This is also the location that didn't have any bread to make a sandwich at 330 on a Sunday.
