Staff were busy and efficient, very professional. Aminideer (sp?) was an absolute ninja at the sandwich making station, and the cashier (missed his name but he had an earring?) was patient and friendly. Saturday at noon the place was packed and everyone was obviously working fast and efficiently.

Absolutely ridiculous. This place advertises that they close at 9:00 PM, but multiple times I’ve shown up and the main door is already locked after 8 PM—including tonight at 8:22 PM. Staff are clearly still inside, but the door is shut like they’re done for the day.
If you can’t follow your own posted hours, don’t lie to customers by putting 9:00 PM on the sign. Update your hours or actually stick to them. This is unprofessional, misleading, and a complete waste of people’s time.

Three time I have been here. Could not tell you about the service. I've never gotten a chance to order. They are more interested in people going through the drive thru than people out for a walk. Not one person has asked the past (and only) three times I have been there if I had been served. Employees just kept walking by me and never answered me. Today as a test at 9:45 am I waited 15 minutes and not one person even acknowledged me. I had to leave I was late for the bus. I've had it with this location. I recommend not going.
