Wouldn’t honour app offer saying technical difficulties with app or scanner.. no manager to speak with. Terrible customer service.. went daily, will now be trying McDonald’s coffee for awhile instead

Overall, great little store. Every time, I have stopped in for dine in or drive through, my order has been correct and very tasty. Management and staff are very friendly and caring. Store is also clean and well kept. I would recommend this Tim's by far.

Ordered French Vanilla and crossiant through door dash and I have only received French Vanilla and Crossiant is missing. Literally they have inappropriate staff to do work. I was so disappointed with this service.

Customer service just keeps dropping to new lows. How long does one have to stand at the counter before being service. Even when staff look right at you woth out even acknowledging you.
