As a frequent customer of this location's drive-thru, I can attest to their efficient service and impressive order accuracy. While I cannot speak extensively to the in-store experience, the staff consistently exhibit friendliness and the ability to deliver high-quality food and beverages with admirable speed.Despite the generally positive aspects of this establishment, there are a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. First, the rising prices, although not unique to Tim Hortons, can be a point of concern for customers. Secondly, the transition to off-site donut production, despite being understandable from a logistical and waste-management perspective, has undoubtedly affected the in-store atmosphere that once featured the enticing aroma of freshly baked goods.Lastly, I would like to address the inconsistent serving sizes of the French Vanilla cappuccinos. While I recognize that safety precautions are in place to avoid overfilling, it can be disheartening to see my drink containing noticeably less than those of my friends. Achieving a balance between safety and customer satisfaction would be greatly appreciated.In conclusion, I commend the staff for their dedication and hard work in maintaining a high level of customer service and encourage them to continue their efforts. Thank you for your commitment to providing a quality experience for patrons, and I hope that my feedback can contribute to further improvements.

It has happen a couple times now its everytime I go to work whether it's to get a ice cap or breakfast depending on the time I go in there's a lady who usually is handling the food happen about 3 or more times where I ordered a farmers wrap no sauce she outs it on anyway I tell them I asked for no sauce because it makes me sick and then they roll there eyes and talk about me basically right in front of me to other staff everyone else who has served me has been good just this one in particular

The drive thru girl with glasses is rude. It’s not the first time. Every single time i see her it’s happening. Dont know what’s the reason. But definitely i can say she needs to be trained properly. Because besides her all of the people who are working there is really nice and energetic!I have been visiting this store almost every day for last couple of months. This comment is not based on a single day.

The wait time was long and very bad customer service where the team members are rude. They toss the food over the counter without even calling it out .And the girl in drive thru was taking the order and preparing the food and she had the same gloves for everything like handling cash and prepping food which is unacceptable. I felt really bad. And I’m really sorry to say that the quality of this Tim’s is very poor .

I'm writing this review simultaneously drinking my coffee in Tim Hortons with my family. While ordering items I did mention and asked for "bacon grilled cheese melt" reading it from the TV screen. But the girls working here ( who were talking in Hindi) didn't care about what I ordered and gave me regular panini. As soon as I saw the order I got, I went to them that this is not what I ordered, they didn't care much to give me a answer properly. They said they charged me for regular panini and if I pay for the bacon they will charge for it which I was fine with. But the way they approached me was rude and not welcoming.

Hey, I order from drive through yesterday, and the girl who took the oder was very rude while taking the oder. Don't know if she was frustrated or what ! Wasn't even listening properly !It's been second time I have an issue with this location . Rest the drinks were okay !
