Called an hour ahead to get two dozen muffins and two dozen donuts - I didn’t want to show up unannounced and clear them out. The woman on the phone was very kind, took my name and number and said she would have them ready for me when I got there.
I went inside an hour later with my baby, and everything was ready in beautiful bags, and one of the guys even carried it out to my car.
100% went above my expectations, and every member I dealt with was so kind and courteous. Thank you! I believe my cashiers name was Komalpreet, she was so sweet!

The service is terrible. As me and my boyfriend order the stepe tea triple triple and they gave us wrong coffee double double. It was such a worst experience. And then it took us 20 min in drive thru to get back.

My husband went into bathroom at this location. A brown employee came out of a stall and did NOT was their hands. And straight back to work🤮This is why people get sick and why I don’t order anything from any Tim’s or fast food restaurants with these people working in them!!

Bought Cilantro lime chicken wrap -sauce in it tasted sour and discoloured too …avoid eating at this place
I went to Tim Hortons last night, and it was awesome! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and all my orders were correct. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely a great stop for a quick bite or coffee. Will be coming back soon!
