I recently purchased two chicken parmesan pizzas, and I was extremely disappointed with their quality. Both pizzas had only a few pieces of chicken placed in the center, leaving the rest of the pizza bare. It seemed as though they simply made a chicken curry and dumped it in the middle of the pizza, expecting customers to spread the toppings themselves. This is unacceptable and far from the quality I expected. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Wish I could give zero to the service. Young girls smiling and talking to each other and didn’t even bother to greet customer. They spoke in their language to get my order and didn’t know I could understand what they were saying. It was to say No to chicken to me so they don’t have to get it from the back.

Every time I come to this location the staff is ice cold. They are too busy talking to each other that it seems like you've insulted them by ordering. This location's entire production is for drive-thru first, counter eventually. If there is a like in drive-thru you will wait until it's gone. When they do focus on you they get your order done quickly, but I'd say it's accurate 70% of the time, and only if you can get someone's attention. Once you do be prepared to feel like you've intruded into a conversation you weren't invited to.

My normal Tim's on Wilkinson can't ever seem to add sugar to a coffee as ordered, changed it up to a location down the road. Added sugar and a bunch of coffee grinds as well... horrible how bad Tim's has gotten!

Did not eat,just in for drinks. It's a lovely Time Hortons. Very clean,was not busy when we were there with a group of people. Very clean! Nice, kind service! Not my first time and it's always been a pleasure to get a tea or coffee here and sit inside.
