Every time I come to this location the staff is ice cold. They are too busy talking to each other that it seems like you've insulted them by ordering. This location's entire production is for drive-thru first, counter eventually. If there is a like in drive-thru you will wait until it's gone. When they do focus on you they get your order done quickly, but I'd say it's accurate 70% of the time, and only if you can get someone's attention. Once you...
Did not eat,just in for drinks. It's a lovely Time Hortons. Very clean,was not busy when we were there with a group of people. Very clean! Nice, kind service! Not my first time and it's always been a pleasure to get a tea or coffee here and sit inside.

Cashier wasn't paying attention to us when we were trying to use our gift card, she just kept talking to a coworker. We weren't able to get the gift card working so we just paid cash.
