Called an hour ahead to get two dozen muffins and two dozen donuts - I didn’t want to show up unannounced and clear them out. The woman on the phone was very kind, took my name and number and said she would have them ready for me when I got there.

I went inside an hour later with my baby, and everything was ready in beautiful bags, and one of the guys even carried it out to my car.

100% went above my expectations, and every member I dealt...

I went to Tim Hortons last night, and it was awesome! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and all my orders were correct. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely a great stop for a quick bite or coffee. Will be coming back soon!

Tracey working the cash and Thea running in the background were two of the lost pleasant people I’ve encountered in a Tim hortons in months. The cool staff all had smiles and everyone seemed to be running ahead of schedule, what a lovely experience.
