The coffee is a hit or miss mostly miss and unfortunately English is hard for some of the patrons. Just have tolerance and slowly explain your order and hopefully they get it right.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Tim Hortons. The employee named Makayla who served me treated me with clear disrespect compared to other customers. The comments and tone of voice felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable in a workplace that serves the public. Racism has no place anywhere, especially in a customer service setting. I expect management to address this issue seriously and ensure proper training is given so no one else has to go through the same experience.

I ordered bagel and 2 steppedtea double double. The one who was on speaker and taking order didn’t listen properly or i got double double coffee . I came back to work . When me had that drink its really bad. I went back to change . I was polite instead of listening the lady on the window started saying you said double double . We all are wearing headset but before when i was ordering she said repeat the order. I alwys have the steppedtea . Anywys I went back to work again when having bagel . I saw hair in the bagel. This is so disappointing or disgusting. The service and food

Worst place ever. Runs out of sandwich stuff.. than just tells you no sandwiches after 5pm nor bagels but Can make wraps no problem. Sounds like someone can't manage their Tim Hortons employees well because when the manager is away; they get very lazy. The doughnuts were coated on bugs and old as hell. This place is a hazard. Also seen a girl cleaning with the same gloves she's serving people food. July 19th 2025 Saturday. 6:21Pm.

I am sorry but my experience was not pleasant! This is normally one of the good tim hortons i actually go to but Tell me how can you edd an egg to a bagel when i did not ask for it. I do not eat egg at all. I am a vegetarian person. I ordered everything bagel with butter, hashbrown , lettuce & tomatoes. I got an it with an egg. I am sitting on my bed now and i can not drive all the way 15 minutes to get it fixed!!!!!!

Honestly don’t mine the service and the people are nice but when you constantly forget condiments which you are now charging 1$ for it becomes increasingly annoying and frustrating. Please try a little harder reading the orders on screen and take the extra 5 seconds to make sure you didn’t forget anything. Truly asking for the bare minimum effort on your end.
