Really good experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff were friendly and polite, and my order was done quickly even though it was busy. Everything tasted fresh, and the place was clean and comfortable. It just felt like a smooth, easy visit overall. Would definitely come back again.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this Tim Hortons due to the behavior of the staff, specifically the girls working there. There was a clear lack of professionalism and a very bad attitude. When we politely asked to correct our order, the response and attitude toward us—and even the way the food was handled—was not acceptable. Good customer service should include respect and professionalism, which was unfortunately missing during our visit.

I am writing this review after experiencing consistently poor customer service at this location on two separate occasions, which shows a significant issue with staff professionalism and attention.

The first incident was unacceptable: I had already placed and paid for my coffee order and was waiting for it to be prepared. Instead of making my drink, the staff skipped ahead and fulfilled orders for other customers who arrived later. After a long wait, I finally received my coffee, but no one apologized or acknowledged the delay or the poor service they provided. As I am not one to speak up, I simply took my coffee and left.

On my second visit, the experience was equally frustrating. I was completely ignored by staff despite the business being clearly not busy, with no one else waiting in line. The employees made no effort to acknowledge me or offer assistance.

This pattern of neglect first by having my order skipped and being denied an apology, and then by being actively ignored when seeking service is highly unprofessional. Experiencing this twice is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a serious, recurring failure in staff training and customer prioritization.

I strongly urge management to address this deficiency immediately to ensure employees are properly trained to acknowledge and serve all customers, and to hold staff accountable for providing respectful and efficient service.
