Disgusted! Product was sold they did not have (order done via app), and no refund or any real action taken after 5 weeks of complaining to online and telephone support channels, they stated the store was advised to do follow up with me but they have not...the store itself claims they can't refund app orders! ...this is now being escalated higher!

Edit to "owner"...are you serious? I just posted i went through the support channels without any resolution...why would you direct me back there??

I walked in and one of the servers saw me, helped a delivery person then turned around and went in back. There was one other employee in the front, who never acknowledge me. After a couple of minutes a third employee came out and assisted me. Very poor customer service and even after I redeemed my points for a free coffee I had to pay 12 cents for the paper cup….outlandish to charge for this!!!!!
Not impressed with this Tim Hortons

So the owner only responds with a referral to a Tim Hortons contact us site that when you go to that site it does not work and redirects you to their main site….with no contact us in the directory.
Why can’t the owner just respond personally. I guess they don’t really care about their customers service.

I had order egg and cheese farmers wrap amd it was frozen wrap and even after grilled it was cold and adding it there was no hashbrown in wrap after paying for it and wrapping of wrap was even worst half and half egg was topped on it and even it doesn't looks like wrap. I need to buy another wrap from nearby locations because I literally garbage it.

I was a regular customer at this location for almost a year. The environment here is pretty much negative and distressing especially for the kids working there. I have noticed several times the manager here which looks like a Filipino disrespecting most of their staff members and talking in a very rude manner. I wish they could train their managers to be GOOD LEADERS.
Rest food was nice most of the times :)

From one of the fastest locations to one of the slowest, twice I've had to wait over 15 minutes for a 2 item order. Service has been bare minimal and rarely satisfactory.

Went through the drive through, didn’t even acknowledge me when I came up to the window to pay. Nearly forgot the bagel we ordered, so they quickly ran it through the toaster without toasting or buttering it and just handed it over.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and was extremely disappointed with the lack of basic hygiene and customer service. The restroom had no toilet paper, which is a fundamental necessity, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, no one seemed to care. It’s frustrating to see such a lack of attention to customer needs. I expect better from Tim Hortons, especially when it comes to maintaining cleanliness and providing essential amenities. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider visiting this location again.
