More concerned about drive times than customer safety or customer service.
Had me pull out back to the GARBAGE DUMPSTERS to wait for my food. There isn't even a space to go to wait. Waited over 10 minutes by the dumpsters for a few breakfast sandwiches at 7am.
Never again. I'm not moving next time the food isn't ready. Don't care what your terrible employees ask. They can accept it or give me my money back. Take your drive times and shove it.
The franchise owners should lose this franchise.

30 minutes for a 12 pack take out of coffee .Next time will order 12 cups instead would be faster as everyone else got their coffee while I waited for it to brew .

Some of the staff are kind and personable and others sound miserable. I’m giving this rating due to the fact that I bought a smile cookie for my daughter and the smile wasn’t on the cookie but stuck on the bag. I know it must be hard finding a way to make it so the icing doesn’t come off but there must be a way otherwise we should just get rid of the smile cookies because they don’t have a smile on them to begin with.
Kid-friendliness: I love that the atmosphere seems to be good for kids although they’re not too picky so I can’t say much about that.

Kicked me out immediately after I ate my food for “loitering”. Don’t think I’m coming back to this location
20 mins with only 2 people in front of me for one coffees. Your staff only focuses on the drive-thru and leaves in-store obsolete. This is not fast food when you're waiting 20 minutes for a coffee

Went throught drive through to get a turkey bacon club and had the remove all the lettuce from it as it was all rotting and the bacon on it was COLD. I didnt even eat and wasted $9 on this "meal".
Tried to get it remade at another location as we were already 20 mins from the other location we got it from. They said due to policy we had to get it remade from the location we got it from (except drinks). My meal ended up in the garbage and I lost $9.

best TIM'S anywhere .. been going there for many years .. best staff and service and excellent quality of items ordered.. never any issues..front counter staff are second to none , as are all the management and other workers..atmosphere is excellent as well .. 15 out of 10 scale

I was fine paying an extra $1.70 whipped cream on my ice cap but it’s not even worth it. They gave me so little and very tiny amount compared to other Tim Hortons if you ask them for the same order.

Please do not frequent this location if you would like your order to be correct. They messed up a simple sausage BELT. I understand greens and vegetables are expensive these days, but so is gas to have to return to the store. So if you are going to mess up, you best be compensating for the gas to return your messed up product to you.
