Small cozy restaurant hidden at the corner of a small business zone. Friendly staff, normal prices, very tasty food. I would have given the place 5 stars, but the portion was too small. It was just normal salad, tasty rice with unusual pleasant aftertaste and a very tasty meat. It was only pity that it was too small in comparation to average portions here in Canada in other restaurants.

My wife and myself were welcomed, seated. We had never eaten at a Turkish restaurant before, so we were given explanations about all the menu items we expressed interest in. Great service, perfectly clean. The food was delicious. We came back 2 more times, each time we had great experience. The foods we liked most were lentil soup, moutabel, cheese borek, moussaka, lamb shish kebab, baklava, and turkish tea. We both definitely recommend USTA restaurant to anyone who likes mediterranean...

I absolutely love going to Usta. The food is delicious and vaguely familiar but unique. The staff is always welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. The price is extremely reasonable and the decor is fascinating. Seriously, you could stare at the lampshades for an hour.
I highly recommend the set menu and the beet salad, but go on Wed for burger night. The lamb burger with halloumi cheese is the best this side of Montreal!
