Super average, lettuce was old and tasted odd, almost no taste in general. Would not go again.

My experience with villa madina is excellent the food is great and the workers executed their job in a fair manner I would definitely recommend anyone who is a vegetarian to go there and ask for Leila she's a wonderful person someone who can actually have a conversation with good communication skills and have great personality and I hope the company has the ability to see how wonderful of a person she's please promote this lady she's an asset to your company
Worst food I’ve ever had the chicken and beef was dry and cold I asked for some veggies the person who was serving me her name is Layla she was rude as if I refused to pay extra for my food I don’t know what type of attitude was she carrying she literally had no intention to serve anything today.
Was not expecting this kinda service.

The food was great! The food is actually fresh, and you can see the shawarma meat spinning behind the counter. The beef was nice and tender, and the chicken was nice and soft, a good contrast when getting a mixed bowl. Will come to the mall again just for this.

I had a mobile, i gave them the order number, they denied to give me my order. I showed them the payment receipt and also the order number Villa madina sent me after I placed the order. They are too rude and they were denying the order is not there, while i can see it on the table. After long he gave but food became cold.

Just don't. Worst Mediterranean takeout - bar none - in the city. Cold, rock hard, tasteless falafel pucks you could break a window with. Shawarma is mediocre, being generous. Tabbouleh was bordering on inedible. Not even a token wedge of pita offered with a combo plate to go with the flavorless hummus. I don't understand how places like this survive charging what they do when they clearly do not care at all about the quality of their food. As one of the few healthier options in the food court, should be replaced asap with something decent quality.

Ah, nostalgia. I came back hoping to relive the glory days of the shawarma plate—what a mistake. Apparently, they’ve decided ‘generosity’ is passé. I was blessed with three spoonfuls of rice (measured with surgical precision), three lonely pieces of pickled turnip (because why not stop at three?), and a scoop of chicken that the lady behind the counter literally wrestled away from the guy bringing over a fresh batch—because God forbid I get the good stuff. The overall vibe? Think airport security meets fast food—rushed, cold, and vaguely hostile. Safe to say, this will absolutely be my last nostalgic pilgrimage.

Very disappointed 😔 today.
Chicken was dry and tasted like old meat with a ton of salt. Pickles were also like really bad

Very disappointed! We got a beef schwarma wrap at 8pm and even with the fixings added the meat was so dry could barely eat it.

I could not walk by all those fresh veggies and not try it. The service area was clean and bright.
It was delicious. I got a shawarma bowl with Greek salad and pasta salad. It was wonderful. And more than enough to save for supper. Great price for what can easily be 2 meals. I did give 5 stars for the atmosphere, because the noisy food court isn't the restaurants fault. If I could make one suggestion, please label the dishes for the customers to see. I kind of went with what I recognized.
Great meal, we will definitely be back.
