This was my first meal from Villa Madina and I will definitely order again. Everything was fresh and delicious! I’ve been looking for garlic potatoes since moving back to Halifax from Ontario three years ago. Soooooo good!

We LOVE the Sackville location so we decided to try the Mic Mac Mall location and we were so disappointed. The chicken was so dry that it was like dust. They charge extra for everything. I asked for extra sauce and they tried to charge me. They also tried to charge me for extra napkins. Will not be returning.

Unfortunately this is the healthiest takeout option in the food court, so I've gone regularly, but have now made my last visit.
The food quality at this location is to the point where it's now inedible. Everything is either undercooked or overcooked and completely tasteless. Overcooked rice with no seasoning. Cold soggy potatoes. Rock hard pickled turnip. The only thing that tastes right is the garlic sauce which you need to douse everything with so there's any flavour at all. The chicken and beef rotisseries are extremely dry and clearly refrigerated overnight for days at a time. The portion sizes you get vary dramatically between who is serving you (not that it matters because you probably won't have much of an appetite anyway).
I fully expect the owner to cut and paste the same generic reply they put on every review instead of actually fixing anything.

It felt like no care was put into the preparation at all. Very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here if you’re looking for good quality food.”

One of the best options to eat in mac mac mall. It's a bit pricey, we paid 32 for two wraps, 2 small sides and 2 drinks. But it was very tasty and the ingredients were very fresh and healthy. Staff was also wonderful.

Eating Vila Madina for last 10 years and this is the worst place of Vila Madina. Service level zero. They did not even ask for choices of chicken shawrama plate just build half filled box and pushed it to me.. Really dont know why people even start restaurants of dont know how to serve
