We came to the restaurant on Valentine’s Day; renowned for being a very busy evening. We were absolutely flabbergasted that no attempt to clear the parking lot had been made, following a severe ice storm. We could barely make it into the restaurant without falling and we are both very able bodied. We had a lovely meal that we thoroughly enjoyed but our mains took over a hour to arrive, as there were nowhere near enough servers working for a fully booked restaurant. The servers...
