Decided to get some fare at Mic Mac while picking up a few things. I had tried everything there, so we went for Wasabi, which curiously seemed to be more of a teppenyaki place than a sushi spot. We decided to have their ramen, which was a fairly moderate experience.First, substitutions of certain vegetables wasn't permitted simply due to pre-packaged kitting for the ramen. Somewhat annoying. The time for food preparation was a bit long for a to-order kiosk, about ten minutes and we were the only people there. The ramen itself was fine mostly if not a little bland. Good presentation, good portion size. The lightly battered chicken was quite nice, and most of the ingredients seemed acceptable, and I say this as a person fairly lay with ingredient quality, but the broth was notably flavorless, so much even my milquetoast boomer mother mentioned it. I wasn't expecting Truly Tasty-tier ramen, but that's all I could think about when eating this. For 5$ more, it's a pretty substantial jump in quality. The Wasabi ramen is fine if you need a ramen fix in the mall, but it ain't great. It's probably one of the better things there though, aside from Villa.

Nothing in this food court is particularly special, but this just seems like Manchu Wok, but they burn your meal on a flat-top first. One star.

I have been here a few times already, the service is great and the food is amazing. My order was taken and cooked by two guys with thick beard, they were super nice and did a great job with my teriyaki beef with rice and vegetables. This is definitely my place to go for lunch when I come shopping to the Mall.

Today was the third time I tried to get ramen here and 3 times in a row over the past year there was no one behind the counter but everything was on and open... I stood there for 5 minutes but no one came out so I just got food at another place.

i dont really know what all the other reviews were saying but when i ordered the chicken teriyaki on rice i was immediately in love.i mean the things previous reviewers have said about employees is i guess valid but thats changed as im writing this, the lady was very nice and polite and the service was exemplary.and the food was very very good, after i got a helping of the chicken teriyaki stir fry on rice and i finished my business in micmac mall i went back and got another for the road. even after an hour or two of it being in my backpack it still tasted great.it was sweet and savoury, the chicken was cooked through and well, the rice was cooked, all the vegetables were soft and cooked, overall i was very satisfied with the food it really exceeded my expectations

First I had to wait a couple of minutes because no one was out front. It gave me time to see the dirty bottom of the door. Wonder what the kitchen looks like? Then the chicken was pre cooked. I had to ask for mushrooms. The grill was filthy. Last time there for me. I lived it before it changed hands.

Decent for what it was, flavorless broth, flavorless vegetables and overall nasty bowl of ramen, got some with my girlfriend today, 35$ for two bowls of ramen, decently cooked beef, vegetables were fresh but the noodles weren't enough, egg was old but definitely won't be coming back.....

Fairly lack luster. I had hoped that this would be a lighter bordering on healthy teppanyaki, but this is pretty regular greasy overly sweet food court food.As such there was nothing out standing about the food.I got the 'Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry' and the 'Black Pepper Beef Grilled Udon Noodles'.The stir-fry sauce was pretty greasy and bland but not unpleasent. The beef was cut very irregularly, some in strips and others in chunks. The result was some beef was overcooked and very tough while others were fine. It would have greatly improved the dish if the beef was uniformly cut so it was uniformly cooked.I would rate the stir-fry as 3 stars. The 'Black Pepper Beef Grilled Udon Noodles' was nearly identical to the Beef stir-fry. Same issue with meat chunks.Noodles were really greasy. No black pepper at all.

Sorry to say I just left MicMac Mall at 4:30 was not allowed to receive any food from this store location terribly disappointed considering I enjoy the food very much there. Staff said they were cleaning up and if they could cook till 5 o'clock they wouldn't get out of there till 6 considering that's not good customer service I think it's time for a change.

Listed at lower price and charged extra. Just told cause change their ad is too expensive. So they only change the price on system. Waie at the front desk over 3 minutes and no customer at same time. All stuff are just talk without asking. Terrible experience. By the way, The tast is horrible. Not suggest come here.

Tasteless tempura shrimp and spring rolls.Bland probably overdiluted ramen stock, meat and shrimps cook on the same grill. We threw away 80% of our order and have rarely been so disappointed about a food order

If i could give zero stars I would've. Rice and noodles weren't cooked through. Cashier was on his phone as we walked up and had headphones in the whole time. Have been before and it was really nice, this guy ruined it for me

The shrimp tempura is frozen and the soup stock is not the same as before. The stock is plain like water. It is terrible.
